4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. The package should include:

  • Headlamp unit (host)
  • Headband
  • Charging cable (USB Type-C)
  • Certificate
  • Warranty card

4.2 Battery Installation

The headlamp comes with two 18650 Lithium Metal batteries pre-installed. If you need to replace them:

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the rear of the head strap.
  2. Open the compartment cover.
  3. Insert two 18650 batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Close the compartment cover securely.

4.3 Head Strap Adjustment

The head strap is adjustable to fit various head sizes and can be worn directly on the head or over a helmet.

  1. Place the headlamp on your head or helmet.
  2. Adjust the elastic straps to achieve a snug yet comfortable fit. The front and rear counterweight design helps balance the weight for comfort.

4.4 Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the headlamp.

  1. Connect the provided USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the battery pack.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a 5V=1A USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, power bank, computer USB port).
  3. The charging indicator will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 7 hours.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Press the power button once to turn the headlamp on. Press it again to cycle through different light modes. Long press to turn off.

5.2 Brightness Adjustment (Stepless Dimming)

After turning the headlamp on, long press the power button to enter stepless dimming mode. The light will gradually change from weak to bright or bright to weak. Release the button when the desired brightness is reached. The light will flash twice to fix the brightness level.

5.3 Zoom Function (Telescopic Zoom)

The headlamp features a telescopic zoom for adjusting the beam focus.

  • Concentrated Long-Range Emission: Push the lamp head forward to increase the range and create a focused spotlight.

5.5 Headlamp Angle Adjustment

The lamp holder can be adjusted up to 90 degrees to direct the light precisely where needed. Simply tilt the lamp unit to your desired angle.

5.6 Battery Indicator
