3. Setup and Installation

  • Product Condition: The item may be used or refurbished. While efforts are made to provide the best possible unit, minor surface scratches may be present and do not affect functionality.
  • Damage Upon Receipt: If damage is found upon receipt, a complete proof of damage (including an unboxing video and documentation from the logistics company) must be provided to be eligible for compensation. Without such proof, compensation may not be possible.
