7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: After each use, carefully wipe down the machine with a sterile wipe or disinfectant solution. Ensure no liquids enter the motor or electronic components.
  • Needle Replacement: Always use new, sterile needle cartridges for each client and dispose of used needles properly in a sharps container.
  • Storage: Store the tattoo pen kit in its carrying case in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge it regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.

8. Troubleshooting

  • E1 Error Code: This indicates a motor lock or overload protection. Check for any obstructions in the needle mechanism or if the machine is being forced beyond its capacity. Turn off and restart the machine.
  • E2 Error Code: This indicates overcurrent protection. This can occur if there is a short circuit or excessive current draw. Disconnect the power supply, check connections, and restart. If the issue persists, contact support.
  • Machine Not Turning On: Ensure the battery is charged. If using an RCA cord, ensure it is properly connected to a working power supply.
  • Needle Not Moving: Check if the needle cartridge is correctly inserted and locked. Verify the voltage setting is appropriate for operation.

9. User Tips

  • Always practice on synthetic skin or other appropriate materials before attempting to tattoo on real skin.
  • Maintain a clean and sterile workspace to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Familiarize yourself with different needle types and their applications for various tattooing techniques.
  • Experiment with voltage settings on practice skin to find the optimal speed for your desired effect and needle type.
  • Regularly check the battery level to avoid interruptions during a tattooing session.
