2. Safety Information

Please read and follow these safety instructions carefully to prevent injury or damage to the device:

  • Do not disassemble or modify the device.
  • Ensure the plug is securely inserted into a compatible EU standard outlet (AC100-240V, 50/60Hz).
  • Do not exceed the maximum load of 16A / 3520W. The device features built-in overload protection.
  • Keep the device away from water, moisture, and high temperatures.
  • The housing is made of V0 flame-retardant PC+ABS material for enhanced safety.

5.2. Pairing Instructions

  1. Plug your Zigbee Smart Plug into an EU standard wall outlet.
  2. Press and hold the power button on the smart plug for approximately 5 seconds until the blue indicator light begins to flash rapidly. This indicates the plug is in pairing mode.
  3. Open the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app on your smartphone.

  5. The app should automatically detect the new device via Bluetooth. If not, manually select 'Zigbee Smart Plug' from the device list.

  7. Once successfully paired, you can rename the plug to a descriptive name (e.g., "Living Room Lamp") for easy identification and control.

  • No remote control:
    • Check if your Zigbee hub has an active internet connection.
    • Verify that the smart plug is still connected to the Zigbee network (check app status).
  • Voice control not working:
    • Ensure your Tuya/Smart Life account is correctly linked to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
    • Check that the device name used in voice commands matches the name in your app.
  • Plug unresponsive after power outage:
