5. Setup and Installation
5.1 Attaching the Auxiliary Handle
The auxiliary handle can be screwed into either side of the grinder head for left- or right-handed operation. Ensure it is tightened securely before use.
5.2 Installing/Changing the Grinding/Cutting Disc
- Ensure the battery pack is removed from the grinder.
- Press and hold the spindle lock button located on the grinder head.
- Using the provided wrench, unscrew the upper pressing plate (outer flange) counter-clockwise.
- Place the desired grinding or cutting disc onto the spindle, ensuring it is properly seated on the lower pressing plate (inner flange).
- Place the upper pressing plate back onto the spindle.
- While still holding the spindle lock button, use the wrench to tighten the upper pressing plate clockwise until the disc is securely fastened. Do not overtighten.
- Release the spindle lock button.



5.3 Charging the Battery
Insert the 20V lithium battery into the provided charger. Connect the charger to a suitable power outlet (220V-240V). The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status. Once fully charged, remove the battery from the charger.
5.4 Attaching the Battery
Slide the charged battery pack into the base of the angle grinder until it clicks securely into place.
6. Operation
6.1 Starting the Grinder
To start the grinder, press the start switch (trigger) located on the main body of the tool. Some models may have a safety lock-off button that needs to be pressed first before the trigger can be engaged.
