5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Remote Control Functions

Image: Labeled diagram of the 2.4Ghz remote control.
- Power Switch: Turns the remote control ON/OFF.
- Power Indicator: Shows the power status.
- Rudder Adjustment Knob: Fine-tunes rudder position.
- Direction Knob: Controls left and right steering.
- Throttle Trigger: Controls forward and backward movement.
- Directional Left Trim: Adjusts left steering trim.
- Directional Right Trim: Adjusts right steering trim.
The 2.4Ghz high-frequency wireless system provides a control distance of approximately 100 meters (WL911-A) to 200 meters (WL918).
5.2 Starting the Boat
- Place the boat gently into the water.
- Turn on the boat's power switch (usually located inside the waterproof compartment or on the deck).
- Turn on the remote control power switch.
- The boat and remote control should automatically pair. If not, refer to the troubleshooting section.
5.3 Driving the Boat
- Use the Throttle Trigger (5) to control speed: pull back for forward, push forward for reverse.
- Use the Direction Knob (4) to steer: turn left for left, turn right for right.
- Adjust the Rudder Adjustment Knob (3) and Directional Trims (6, 7) if the boat does not track straight.
5.4 Special Functions
Water Cooling System
Both models feature a water cooling system to dissipate heat from the motor, ensuring stable performance and extending the product's lifespan. Water is drawn in through an intake and expelled, cooling the motor during operation.

Capsize Recovery / Self-Righting Function
If the speedboat capsizes in the water, a quick pull of the front and rear trigger on the remote control can make the speedboat automatically turn back to its upright position. This feature helps to easily resolve issues of the boat flipping over during navigation.

Low Voltage Feedback / Reminder
The boat is equipped with a low voltage feedback function that sends an alarm signal to the remote control when the boat's battery is running low. This allows you to safely return the boat to shore before the battery is completely depleted.
6. Maintenance
- After Use: Always remove the boat from the water, open the waterproof cover, and disconnect the battery.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the boat with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth, but ensure all components are completely dry before storage.
- Propeller: Regularly check the propeller for any debris (weeds, fishing line) and remove it carefully. Inspect for damage.
- Water Cooling System: Ensure the water intake and outlet are clear of obstructions.
- Battery Care:
- Store batteries in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Do not overcharge or over-discharge batteries.
- If storing for extended periods, charge batteries to approximately 50% capacity.
- Storage: Store the boat and remote control in a dry, safe place, away from dust and moisture. Use the provided boat rack for display and drying.
