8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your multimedia system, refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
8.1. CarPlay/Android Auto Disconnection Issues (Android Phones)
If your Android phone experiences disconnection issues with Android Auto after a firmware update, try these adjustments:
- Samsung Wi-Fi Settings Connections:
Navigate to your phone's Wi-Fi settings. Look for 'Intelligent Wi-Fi' or 'Advanced settings'. Then find 'Connectivity labs' and enable 'Wi-Fi developer options'. Within Wi-Fi developer options, locate 'Wi-Fi packet log for debugging' and turn on 'Air log Capture'.

8.2. CarPlay/Bluetooth Audio Not Working
If you experience issues with audio output from CarPlay or Bluetooth, ensure your car's original system supports AUX audio and Bluetooth audio. Some car models may not support Bluetooth music directly through the original system, requiring AUX audio for sound output.
8.3. Reversing Camera Not Working
- Wiring Check: Verify that the original reverse camera wiring is correctly connected.
- Power Supply: Ensure the camera receives a stable 12V power supply. Incorrect voltage can prevent operation.
- Video Format: Check if the camera's video format (NTSC/PAL) is compatible with the multimedia screen's settings.
8.4. Delayed Activation of Front/Rear View Camera
If there is a delay in the camera display, check the 'reverse settings' in the system menu and adjust the delay time to 0 if necessary.
