1. Product Overview

3. Setup Instructions

3.1 Physical Installation

1. Attach the installation bracket to the back of the 10.26-inch MP5 car player.
2. Securely mount the device on your dashboard using the bracket and plastic mat. Ensure it does not obstruct your view or interfere with vehicle controls.
3. Connect the cigarette lighter power cord to the device's Type C power interface and then to your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. Use only the provided power cord.
4. If you have the optional AHD rear camera, connect it to the 2.5MM plug/4 sections/AHD format rear camera interface on the device.

3.2 Initial Screen Calibration

If the touch screen is unresponsive after initial power-on, perform the following calibration:

1. Press the screen simultaneously with five fingers.
2. A '+' sign will appear on the screen. Follow the on-screen prompts to click on the '+' sign at each indicated position to complete the calibration.

4.1 Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto

The device supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for seamless smartphone integration.

• Wireless CarPlay: Compatible with iPhone 6 and higher models, running iOS 12 or later.
• Wireless Android Auto: Compatible with Android phones running Android 11.0 or later. For Google or Samsung phones, Android 10.0 or later is required. Samsung Galaxy S8, S8+, or Note 8 require Android 9.0 or later.

Once connected, you can access navigation, music, voice assistant, and other mobile phone functions directly on the device's screen.

4.2 Dual Channel Recording (Dash Cam)

• Camera Shows No Signal: If the camera displays "no signal," enter the factory settings. The password is 1234. Navigate to camera settings and select the installed camera type (e.g., click CVBS) to configure it. Note: Only compatible with the reversing camera configured in the product.
• Power Issues: Ensure you are using the cigarette lighter power cord provided with the product. Check that the cord is securely connected to both the device and the vehicle's power outlet.
• No DVR Function (Model 1026_A): Be aware that the 1026_A model does not include a front camera or DVR function. The 1026_SR model includes an HD Front Camera and 1080P DVR function.
