Setup and Installation
Before proceeding, ensure your air conditioner is powered off and disconnected from the main power supply to prevent electrical shock.

Identify Your Module: Confirm you have the correct WiFi module (CS532AE, CS532AX, or CS532AF) compatible with your Gree air conditioner model. Note that modules may come with different cable lengths, such as 23cm or 57cm, depending on the specific model (e.g., export models often use the 23cm version).

- Locate the Wiring Cover: On your Gree air conditioner unit, find the wiring cover. This is typically located on the right side of the indoor unit's panel.
- Open the Cover: Carefully open or remove the wiring cover. You may need a screwdriver for this step.

Identify the WiFi Port: Inside the wiring compartment, locate the dedicated WiFi butt joint. This is usually identifiable by a gray or red wire and a blue plug within a fixed wire clamp.

- Connect the Module: Plug the WiFi module's connector firmly into the identified WiFi butt joint. Ensure the connection is secure.
- Secure the Module and Close Cover: Route the module's cable neatly and secure the module if there's a designated spot. Replace the wiring cover and ensure it is properly closed.
- Restore Power: Reconnect your air conditioner to the main power supply and turn it on.
Operating Instructions
Once the WiFi module is physically installed, follow these steps to connect it to your home network and control your air conditioner via a smartphone app:
- Download the App: Download the official Gree+ (or equivalent Gree smart home) application from your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).
- Register/Login: Open the app and create a new account or log in if you already have one.
- Add Device: In the app, select the option to 'Add Device' or 'Add Air Conditioner'. The app will guide you through the process of connecting your air conditioner's WiFi module to your home wireless network.
- Follow In-App Instructions: The app will provide specific steps, which may include putting the air conditioner into a pairing mode (refer to your air conditioner's main manual if needed) and entering your WiFi network credentials.

- Avoid tampering with the module or its connections once installed.
