3. Setup Guide
3.1 Battery Installation and Charging
- Install Battery: Align the battery with the grooves on the back of the radio and slide it into place until it clicks securely.
- Charge Battery: The UV-21M supports two primary charging methods: Type-C USB direct charging and base charger charging.
Type-C Charging: Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the radio's Type-C port and to a compatible USB power source (e.g., charger adapter, power bank, PC, or car charger). The charging indicator will show the charging status.
