4. Assembly Instructions

5.1 Adjusting Seat and Handlebars

- Seat Height: Loosen the adjustment knob on the seat post, raise or lower the seat to your desired height (between 71-85 cm from the floor), and then tighten the knob securely. Your knees should have a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
- Handlebar Height: Loosen the adjustment knob on the handlebar post, adjust the handlebars to a comfortable height (between 102-112 cm from the floor), and then tighten the knob securely.

6. Operating Instructions

For immediate stopping of the flywheel, press down firmly on the red emergency brake button located on the resistance knob. This will bring the flywheel to a rapid halt, ensuring safety.
