It features an easy-to-read LCD screen to track your progress and adjustable components to customize your training experience. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and use to ensure safe and optimal performance.
2. Safety Information
- Consult your physician before starting any exercise program.
- Keep children and pets away from the equipment during use.
- Place the exercise bike on a flat, stable surface. Ensure adequate space around the bike for safe operation.
- Inspect the bike for loose parts or damage before each use. Do not use if any components are compromised.
- Wear appropriate athletic footwear and clothing during workouts.
- Do not overexert yourself. Stop exercising immediately if you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain.
- The maximum user weight for this bike is 120 kg.

4. Setup and Assembly
Assembly is required for this exercise bike. Please follow the instructions provided in the separate assembly guide that accompanies your product. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before beginning assembly.
Adjusting the Bike for Use:
Once assembled, adjust the seat and handlebars to your preferred position for comfort and effective training.
- Seat Adjustment: The seat height can be adjusted between 81-96 cm. Loosen the adjustment knob, slide the seat post to the desired height (7 positions available with 2.5cm hole spacing), and tighten the knob securely. The seat can also be adjusted horizontally by 8.5 cm.
- Handlebar Adjustment: The handlebar height can be adjusted between 105-115 cm. Loosen the adjustment knob, raise or lower the handlebars to your desired height (7 positions available), and tighten the knob firmly.

5. Operating Instructions
Starting Your Workout:
- Ensure the bike is on a stable surface and all adjustments (seat, handlebars) are securely tightened.
- Place your feet firmly on the pedals and secure them with the straps.
- Begin pedaling. The LCD monitor will automatically activate and start tracking your workout data.
Adjusting Resistance:
The exercise bike features adjustable resistance to vary your workout intensity. Turn the resistance knob located on the frame to increase or decrease the challenge.

Emergency Brake:
For immediate stopping, firmly press down on the resistance knob. This will engage the emergency brake and bring the flywheel to a quick halt.
Using the LCD Monitor:
The LCD monitor displays various workout metrics to help you track your progress.

- SCAN: Cycles through all functions automatically.
- TIME: Displays the duration of your current workout.
- SPEED: Shows your current cycling speed.
- DISTANCE: Indicates the distance covered during your workout.
- CALORIES: Estimates the calories burned during your workout.
- PULSE: Displays your heart rate (if equipped with pulse sensors and in use).
- ODO (Odometer): Shows the total accumulated distance traveled on the bike.
- MODE Button: Press to select a specific display function or to activate SCAN mode.
- RESET Button: Press and hold to clear current workout data (Time, Speed, Distance, Calories). ODO typically cannot be reset.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the bike with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Lubrication: Periodically check for any squeaking noises. If detected, apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to moving parts as needed.
- Tightness Check: Regularly inspect all nuts, bolts, and connection points to ensure they are securely tightened. Tighten any loose components immediately.
- Storage: Store the exercise bike in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
7. Troubleshooting
- Squeaking Noises: Check for loose bolts or parts. Apply lubricant to the flywheel axle or other moving components if necessary.
- Monitor Not Working: Ensure the monitor's battery is correctly installed and has sufficient charge. Check all cable connections to the monitor.
- Resistance Not Changing: Inspect the resistance knob and its connection to the flywheel mechanism. Ensure it's not jammed or disconnected.
- Bike Feels Unstable: Verify that the bike is on a level surface. Check and adjust the leveling feet if present. Ensure all frame bolts are tightened.
