1. Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your TomoStrong 6.25-inch Portable Motorcycle Navigation System. This device features wireless Android Auto, Carplay, dual cameras for recording, and an optional Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).

3. Setup
3.1 Power Cable Connection
Connect the power cable to your motorcycle's wiring as follows:
- Red wire: ACC (Accessory power)
- Yellow wire: B+ (Battery positive)
- Black wire: Ground

3.2 Camera Installation
The device supports dual 1080P HD cameras for front and rear recording. Connect the cameras to the designated ports on the main unit as shown in Figure 4.

3.3 Micro SD Card Insertion
Insert a Micro SD (TF) card into the TF card slot on the device. This card is essential for recording video footage from the dual cameras.

3.4 TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) Setup (Optional)
If your product version includes TPMS, you may receive either 433MHz or Bluetooth (BT) tire pressure sensors. The connection method varies slightly:
- 433MHz TPMS: Open the tire pressure module on the machine, click the connection button, connect the tire pressure sensor to the tire, and the device will automatically recognize the tire pressure. (Does not distinguish between front and rear tires).
- Bluetooth (BT) TPMS: Open the tire pressure module on the machine, click the connection, enter the character code on the tire pressure sensor, connect the tire pressure sensor to the tire, and the device will automatically recognize the tire pressure. (Does not distinguish between front and rear tires).
It is recommended to bind the TPMS sensors before installation on the tires.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Device Controls
The device can be controlled via its full touch screen or the included physical remote control.

4.2 Wireless Carplay / Android Auto Connection
When the device is powered on, it will automatically attempt to connect to the last paired phone. To connect a new phone:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- On the device, navigate to the Carplay or Android Auto section.
- Select the device name (e.g., "MT02-4B99") from your phone's Bluetooth settings to pair.
- Confirm any pairing requests on both devices.
Once connected, you can use your phone's Carplay or Android Auto interface on the device for navigation, music, calls, and more.

4.3 Dual Camera Recording and Playback
The device supports seamless loop recording with its dual 1080P HD cameras. You can capture photos with a single click using the remote control.
- Recording: The device automatically starts loop recording when powered on.
- Lock Video: Long press the Camera button on the remote for 3 seconds to lock the current video segment, preventing it from being overwritten.
- Playback: Access recorded videos and photos through the "Playback" option on the main screen.

4.4 Wireless Mobile APP for Video Checking & Download
You can view camera images and recordings in real-time by connecting to the device's WiFi and using the dedicated mobile application.
- Download the "Vidure" app (scan the QR code provided in Figure 12).
- Open the app and follow the prompts to open WiFi.
- Find and connect to the device's WiFi network (password: 12345678).
- Return to the app to view images and download videos.

4.5 Brightness Control and Touch Mode
- Brightness: The device supports automatic brightness adjustment via its light sensor. You can also manually adjust brightness in the settings.
- Touch Mode: The device offers a "Rainwater mode" for improved touch sensitivity in wet conditions, in addition to the "Normal Mode". This can be adjusted in the settings.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the screen and device body. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Water Resistance: The device is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. However, avoid prolonged submersion or high-pressure water jets. Ensure all ports are securely closed when exposed to water.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Firmware Updates: Check the manufacturer's website periodically for firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
6. Troubleshooting
- Device not powering on:
- Check all power cable connections (red to ACC, yellow to B+, black to ground) to ensure they are secure and correctly wired.
- Verify the motorcycle battery has sufficient charge.
- Carplay/Android Auto not connecting:
- Ensure Bluetooth and WiFi are enabled on your smartphone.
- Forget the device from your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pair.
- Restart both the device and your smartphone.
- Ensure your phone's operating system is up to date.
- Cameras not recording or showing image:
- Check if the Micro SD card is properly inserted and not full.
- Ensure the cameras are securely connected to the device.
- Verify camera settings in the device menu (e.g., record resolution, microphone).
- TPMS not displaying tire pressure:
- Ensure TPMS sensors are correctly installed and bound to the device as per section 3.4.
- Check battery levels of the TPMS sensors if applicable.
- Touch screen unresponsive:
- Try long-pressing the Main Interface button on the remote for 5 seconds to toggle the touch function.
- Ensure the screen is clean and dry.
- If in wet conditions, try activating "Rainwater mode" in settings.
7. User Tips
- For optimal recording performance, use a high-quality Micro SD card. The device supports Micro SD cards, but the maximum capacity is not specified.
- When using navigation apps via Carplay or Android Auto, ensure your phone has a stable GPS signal for accurate positioning.
- Utilize the physical remote control for quick and safe operation while riding, minimizing distractions from the touch screen.
- Regularly back up important video footage from your Micro SD card to prevent loss.
