3.2 Understanding the Smart Display
The 3.5-inch TFT color screen provides comprehensive real-time information for each connected port and the wireless charging pad. You can monitor:
- Voltage (V): The electrical potential difference.
- Current (A): The flow rate of electric charge.
- Power (W): The rate at which electrical energy is transferred.
- Accumulated Charge (mAh): The total charge delivered over time.
- Temperature: Internal temperature of the charging station.
- Charging Time: Duration of the current charging session.
The display also shows current and voltage curves, offering a visual representation of the charging dynamics.

4. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Disconnect the power cable before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
- Storage: Store the charging station in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Cable Management: To maintain a tidy workspace and prevent damage, organize charging cables neatly.

5. Troubleshooting
- Device Not Charging:
- Ensure the charging station is properly plugged into a live power outlet.
- Check if the power cable is securely connected to the station.
- Verify that the charging cable connected to your device is functional and correctly inserted into both the device and the charging station port.
- Confirm your device supports the charging protocol of the port you are using (e.g., PD for USB-C, QC for USB-A).
- Slow Charging:
- Ensure you are using a high-quality charging cable that supports fast charging.
- Check the power output displayed on the screen for the specific port. If multiple high-power devices are connected, the total 160W output may be distributed, potentially reducing individual port speeds.
- Some devices may limit charging speed if they are too hot or too cold.
- Display Not Working:
- Unplug and re-plug the power cable to reset the device.
- Ensure the device is receiving power.
- Wireless Charging Not Working:
- Ensure your device is Qi-compatible.
- Remove any thick cases or metallic objects from your device that might interfere with wireless charging.
- Adjust the position of your device on the charging pad to ensure proper alignment.
