5.1 Vehicle Compatibility

This car radio is designed for Hyundai Tucson models manufactured between 2015 and 2017. Ensure your vehicle falls within this range for proper fitment and functionality.

5.2 Pre-Installation Checks

  • Due to regional variations, some cables may not perfectly match specific model years. If you encounter discrepancies, contact customer service with your specific model year, original car center console picture, original car plug picture, and original car CD back picture.
  • The provided wire harness is NOT compatible with vehicles equipped with premium factory sound systems (e.g., BOSE, amplified sound systems, Onstar). Verify your vehicle's original sound system specifications before installation.

6.13 ADAS DVR Support

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Car Radio Does Not Turn On

  • Check Voltage: Ensure the car radio is receiving 12V power.
  • Wiring Check: When testing, combine the red and yellow wires and connect them to the positive side of the power supply. Connect the black line to the negative power supply.
  • Fuse Check: Replace the fuse with the same type to test the car radio.
  • Power Cables: Always use the provided power cables to connect the car radio. Do not insert the original car plug directly into the unit.

7.2 "No Signal" When Reversing

  • Camera Connection: Verify that the camera's line is properly connected to the car radio. The video port of the rear camera must be inserted into the "CAMIN" port of the car radio.

7.3 "Can't Watch Video While Driving" Message

  • Video Warning Setting: Turn off the "Video Warning" function in the system settings.

7.4 Unable to Search FM Stations

  • Antenna Connection: Ensure the radio antenna is properly inserted. Try inserting it several times to ensure good contact.
  • Signal Strength: If the signal in your current location is poor, move to an area with better reception and try again.
  • Antenna Condition: If the car's radio antenna is broken or ineffective, replace it and retest.

7.5 Unable to Connect Bluetooth

  • Phone Settings: Open your phone's Bluetooth settings, enable Bluetooth, and search for available devices. Select the car radio's Bluetooth model to pair. If a pairing code is required, try "0000", "1234", or "123456".
  • Test with Another Phone: Try connecting with a different mobile phone to rule out phone-specific issues.
  • Reset Bluetooth: If all methods fail, unplug the power connector from the back of the car radio, wait 3 minutes, and then plug it back in.

  • For optimal performance, ensure all wiring connections are secure and properly insulated during installation.
