7. Troubleshooting (FAQ)

Q: How do cameras store video?

A: Video can be stored in two ways:

  1. Local TF card storage: Supports up to 128GB TF card. When the card is full, older video is automatically deleted and overwritten.
  2. Cloud storage: A convenient and secure option. Refer to Section 5.5 for details on activating cloud service.

Q: What if the camera is not connected or offline?

A: Consider the following steps:

  1. Check if the camera's power supply and your router's network are functioning normally.
  2. Unplug and re-plug the camera's power adapter to restart the camera.
  3. Restore the camera to factory settings by pressing and holding the Reset button until you hear the voice prompt.

Q: Is a 5G router supported?

A: The camera's wireless LAN supports IEEE802.11n Standard 2.4Ghz and does not directly support 5G. However:

  • If your 5G router uses the same connection hotspot (SSID) for both 5G and 2.4G bands, you can connect directly.
  • If your 5G and 2.4G networks have different SSIDs (e.g., "MyWiFi-2.4G" and "MyWiFi-5G"), ensure your mobile phone is connected to the 2.4G hotspot (e.g., "MyWiFi-2.4G") before configuring the camera.
