1. Product Overview

The INTELAR X6 is a state-of-the-art waterproof smart lock designed for enhanced security and convenient access. It offers multiple unlocking methods, including fingerprint recognition, digital password, IC card, Tuya App control, and traditional mechanical keys. 4. Installation and Setup

Before installation, ensure your door meets the specified thickness requirements (20-80 mm). The handle direction is reversible to suit your door's opening direction.

4.1 Wiring Diagram

1. Pin AA (4 wires): Connects to the battery compartment.
2. 6V Power Interface (Battery): Main power input from AA batteries.
3. Front and Rear Panel Connector for Fingerprint 1/2: Connects the fingerprint sensors from both panels.
4. Configuration Menu Button: Used for accessing and navigating the lock's settings.
5. Motor Interface: Connects to the internal motor responsible for locking/unlocking.
6. Magnetic Sensor Interface: Connects to the door's magnetic sensor to detect door status (open/closed).
7. Wired Magnetic Lock: Connection point for a wired magnetic lock component.

4.2 Battery Installation

The lock requires 4 AA batteries for operation. Ensure correct polarity when inserting the batteries into the designated compartment. The lock can also be powered by an external 12V DC source.

5. Operating Instructions

The INTELAR X6 Smart Lock offers multiple ways to unlock your door:

5.1 Fingerprint Unlocking

Place your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor. The lock will recognize your fingerprint in approximately 0.25 seconds and unlock. The lock supports dual biometric recognition.

5.2 Password Unlocking

Enter your registered digital password on the keypad, followed by the '#' key. The lock will verify the password and unlock.

5.3 IC Card Unlocking

Present a registered IC card to the card reader area on the lock panel. The lock will read the card and unlock.

5.4 Tuya App Control

Download the Tuya App on your smartphone. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your smart lock. Once paired, you can remotely unlock/lock the door, manage users (fingerprints, passwords, cards), view access logs, and configure settings from anywhere with an internet connection.

5.5 Mechanical Key Unlocking

In case of emergencies, battery depletion, or system malfunction, use the provided mechanical keys to manually unlock the door.

5.6 Automatic Locking

The lock features an automatic locking function, ensuring your door is secured shortly after closing.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Battery Replacement

When the battery level is low, the lock will provide an alert. Replace all four AA batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation. For emergency power, connect a Micro USB cable to the emergency charging port.

6.2 Cleaning

Wipe the lock's surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or electronic components.

6.3 Waterproof Features

The INTELAR X6 is designed with IP66 water resistance. The front panel is equipped with a waterproof cover and silicone pad, and the internal mainboard is protected with waterproof glue. These features ensure reliable operation even under rain and sunlight.

7. Troubleshooting

Lock not responding: Check battery levels and replace if necessary. Use the Micro USB port for emergency power.
Fingerprint/Password/Card not recognized: Ensure your registered credentials are clean and correctly presented. Re-register if issues persist.
Alarm sounds: The lock features an error alarm for incorrect attempts and an intrusion alarm for tampering. Verify the cause and take appropriate action.
Complete system failure: Use the mechanical backup keys to access the door.

8. User Tips

Verify Door Dimensions: Before purchasing or installing, carefully measure your door's existing lock space and thickness to ensure compatibility with the INTELAR X6. Refer to the detailed product dimensions (Figure 3) and suitable door thickness (20-80mm) in the specifications.
Regular Battery Checks: Although the lock provides low battery alerts, it's good practice to periodically check battery health, especially in cold weather, to avoid unexpected lockouts.
