6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Aigo A108 keyboard, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the keycaps and keyboard surface with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a keycap puller to remove keycaps and clean underneath with compressed air or a small brush.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the keyboard in a dry, dust-free environment. The included dust cover can help protect it.
  • Battery Care: Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. For long-term storage, charge the battery to about 50% to prolong its lifespan.
  • Avoid Liquids: Keep liquids away from the keyboard to prevent damage to internal components.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Aigo A108 keyboard, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • Keyboard not responding (Wired): Ensure the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and your computer. Try a different USB port or cable.
  • Keyboard not responding (Wireless):
    • Ensure the keyboard is turned ON.
    • Verify the 2.4G USB receiver is properly plugged into your computer.
    • Re-attempt the pairing process (ESC + +/- for 1 second).
    • Check the battery level; recharge if low.
  • Keys not registering: If specific keys are not working, try removing the keycap and switch using the provided tools and re-seating the switch. If the issue persists, try replacing the switch with one of the spare switches provided.
  • Intermittent connection: Ensure there are no strong interference sources (like other wireless devices) near the 2.4G receiver. Try moving the receiver closer to the keyboard or using a USB extension cable.
  • Battery not charging: Ensure the USB Type-C cable is correctly connected and the power source is functional. Try a different cable or USB port.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact Aigo customer support for further assistance.
