4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Real-time Monitoring
The device provides real-time display of CO2, HCHO, TVOC, temperature, and humidity. The CO2 level is indicated by a color-coded bar at the bottom of the screen:
- Green Light: 0-799 PPM (Good air quality)
- Yellow Light: 800-1199 PPM (Moderate air quality)
- Orange Light: 1200-1599 PPM (Poor air quality)
- Red Light: More than 1600 PPM (Unhealthy air quality)

4.2. Understanding Readings
- CO2 (Carbon Dioxide): Measures the concentration of carbon dioxide in parts per million (PPM). High levels can indicate poor ventilation.
- HCHO (Formaldehyde): Measures formaldehyde concentration in mg/m³. Even low levels can cause discomfort.
- TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compounds): Detects various organic compounds like benzene, alkanes, aromatics, etc., in mg/m³. High TVOC levels can impact the central nervous system.
- TEMP (Temperature): Displays the ambient temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
- HUMI (Humidity): Displays the relative humidity percentage.

4.3. CO2 Level Hazards

4.4. Alarm Function
The device features an intelligent alarm system. An alert sound will be issued if the CO2 concentration exceeds 1500 PPM. You can adjust the CO2 alarm value and toggle the alarm switch within the mobile application.
4.5. App Functionality
After pairing, the mobile app allows you to:
- View real-time data for all parameters.
- Access historical data logs (Day, Month, Year) for CO2, HCHO, TVOC, and Temperature.
- Switch temperature units between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
- Set custom CO2 alarm values.
5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Sensor Care: The device uses an NDIR gas sensor, which is designed for high accuracy and a longer service life. Avoid obstructing the air circulation openings on the sides of the device to ensure optimal performance.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use for extended periods.

6. Troubleshooting
- Device not turning on:
- Ensure the device is fully charged or connected to a power source using the Type-C USB cable.
- Wi-Fi icon is flashing but not connecting to app:
- Ensure your mobile phone's Wi-Fi is enabled and connected to a 2.4GHz network. Make sure the device is within range of your Wi-Fi router. Try restarting both the device and the app, then attempt pairing again.
- Inaccurate readings:
- Ensure the device is placed in an area with good air circulation and away from direct drafts, heat sources, or strong chemical fumes. The scientific layout with four-side openings is designed for optimal air intake. Avoid placing it near sources of high CO2 (e.g., directly next to a person breathing heavily) for general room monitoring. The device performs automatic monitoring and does not require manual calibration at startup.
- App shows "Offline" or "No data":
- Check the device's Wi-Fi connection status. If the Wi-Fi icon is not solid, the device may have lost connection. Re-pair the device if necessary, or check your Wi-Fi network.
