Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Flashfish S25, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Power station not charging | Loose cable connection, faulty adapter, extreme temperature. | Ensure all cables are securely connected. Check if the adapter is working. Charge within the recommended temperature range (0°C~55°C). |
| No output from AC/DC/USB ports | Output not activated, device power draw too high (overload), power station battery depleted. | Press the respective AC/DC ON/OFF button. Check the power draw of your device against the S25's specifications. Recharge the power station if the battery is low. |
| Display not working | Unit off, low battery. | Ensure the unit is powered on. Charge the power station. |
| Unit shuts down unexpectedly | Overload protection, overheating, low battery. | Reduce the load on the power station. Allow the unit to cool down in a well-ventilated area. Recharge the battery. |
If the problem persists, please refer to the warranty and support section.
