  • Inspection: Regularly check for any loose parts, damaged wires, or other signs of wear and tear. Address any issues promptly to prevent further damage.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions
Problem Possible Cause Solution
Truck does not respond to remote control. Low batteries in truck or remote; not paired; out of range. Charge truck battery, replace remote batteries, re-pair devices, ensure within 25m range.
Lights or sounds not working. Sound/Light switch off; low battery; damaged component. Ensure sound/light switch is on, check battery levels. If issue persists, contact support.
Truck moves erratically or not straight. Steering trim needs adjustment; interference. Use the servo fine-tuning functions (6 & 9 on remote) to adjust steering. Move to an area with less interference.
Short play time. Battery not fully charged; old battery. Ensure battery is fully charged (1-2 hours). Consider replacing the battery if it's old and capacity has degraded.

User Tips

  • Sound and Light Control: Engine sounds, indicators, and the reverse horn can be selected and controlled using the left-hand center trim switch on the remote controller.
  • Battery Charging: Remember that the truck's battery typically needs to be removed from the vehicle for charging via the USB cable.
  • Realistic Lighting: The roof lights and other functional lights on the truck are fully operational, enhancing the realistic experience.
