This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your G68P 4G Intelligent Pet Positioning Tracking Device. This device is designed to help you keep track of your pet's location and activity, offering peace of mind through advanced tracking technologies and customizable safety features.

3. Device Overview

The device features LED indicators for Signal (Yellow), Battery (Red), and GPS satellite (Blue). A power button is located on the side.

The device includes a Type-C charging port and a Push SIM slot for network connectivity.
4. Setup Instructions
4.1. SIM Card Installation
- Locate the SIM card slot on the side of the device (refer to Figure 3.2).
- Gently push to open the SIM card cover.
- Insert a compatible 4G Nano-SIM card into the slot. Ensure the SIM card is correctly oriented.
- Close the SIM card cover securely.
4.2. Charging the Device
- Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the device (refer to Figure 3.2).
- Connect the other end of the cable to a standard USB power adapter (not included).
- The Red LED indicator will illuminate during charging. Once fully charged, the Red LED may turn off or change color depending on the device's firmware.
- A full charge typically takes approximately 2-3 hours.
4.3. Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (refer to Figure 3.1) for a few seconds until the LED indicators light up. Alternatively, connecting the charger will also turn on the device.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds until the LED indicators turn off.
4.4. Mobile Application Installation
- Scan the QR code provided in the package or search for the official tracking application in your smartphone's app store (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store).
- Download and install the application.
- Follow the in-app instructions to register an account and add your device using its unique ID (usually found on the device or packaging).
4.5. Attaching to Pet Collar

The device is designed to attach to collars with a width of up to 21mm and a thickness of 3.4mm.
- Ensure your pet's collar meets the compatible dimensions: width within 21mm and thickness of 3.4mm (refer to Figure 4.1).
- Slide the tracking device onto the collar, ensuring it is securely fastened and comfortable for your pet.
- Adjust the collar to ensure a snug fit without being too tight, allowing two fingers to fit comfortably between the collar and your pet's neck.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Real-Time Tracking

Monitor your pet's current location and movement directly from your smartphone using the dedicated application.
- Open the mobile application on your smartphone.
- Select your registered device.
- The app will display your pet's current location on a map, updated in real-time.
- The device utilizes multiple positioning modes including GPS, AGPS, WiFi, and LBS for accurate tracking.
5.2. Geofence Setup

The application supports Circular, Polygonal, and Hand Painted geofences to define safe areas for your pet.
- Within the mobile application, navigate to the Geofence settings.
- You can create virtual boundaries (geofences) around safe areas (e.g., your home, park).
- Choose from Circular, Polygonal, or Hand Painted fence types (refer to Figure 5.2).
- If your pet enters or exits a defined geofence, the app will automatically send a push alarm notification to your smartphone.
5.3. Health Monitoring

The app provides insights into your pet's activity levels, including steps, movement distance, calories burned, and active/break times.
- The device can track your pet's activity data.
- Access the 'Health' section in the mobile application to view metrics such as step counter, movement distance, calories burned, activity time, and break time (refer to Figure 5.3).
- This feature helps you monitor your pet's fitness and ensure they are getting enough exercise.
5.4. Historical Route Playback
- The device stores up to 90 days of historical route data.
- In the mobile application, you can select a date range to view your pet's past movements on the map.
5.5. LED Indicator Meanings
- Yellow LED: Indicates network signal status.
- Red LED: Indicates battery status (charging, low battery).
- Blue LED: Indicates GPS satellite connection status.
- The LED lights can be turned off via the mobile application if not needed, to conserve battery or for discretion.
6. Maintenance
6.1. Cleaning
- Wipe the device with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure the charging port and SIM slot are free from dirt and debris.
6.2. Waterproofing
- The device has an IP65 waterproof rating, meaning it is protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction.
- It is suitable for use in light rain or splashes but should not be submerged in water.
- Ensure the Type-C charging port and SIM card slot covers are securely closed to maintain water resistance.
6.3. Battery Care
- Charge the device regularly to maintain battery health.
- Avoid completely draining the battery frequently.

7. Troubleshooting
7.1. Device Not Powering On
- Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to the charger and wait for the Red LED to indicate charging.
- Press and hold the Power button for at least 5 seconds.
7.2. No Signal (Yellow LED)
- Check if the SIM card is correctly inserted and activated with a data plan.
- Ensure you are in an area with 4G network coverage.
- Restart the device.
7.3. No GPS Signal (Blue LED)
- Ensure the device has a clear view of the sky. GPS signals can be obstructed by buildings, dense foliage, or indoors.
- Move to an open outdoor area.
7.4. App Not Connecting to Device
- Verify the device is powered on and has a stable network connection (Yellow LED).
- Check your smartphone's internet connection.
- Ensure the device ID entered in the app is correct.
- Try restarting both the device and the mobile application.
7.5. Inaccurate Location
- Location accuracy can be affected by environmental factors. For best accuracy, ensure the device has a clear GPS signal (Blue LED).
- In areas with poor GPS, the device will use AGPS, WiFi, or LBS, which may have varying degrees of accuracy.
