1. Introduction

This high-performance auxiliary light is designed to enhance visibility and safety for a wide range of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, ATVs, and SUVs. 4. Installation

The Senlo X1plus LED Spotlight is designed for easy installation with a universal supporting bracket. It can be fitted on various vehicles such as motorcycles, cars, SUVs, ATVs, trucks, electric bicycles, and yachts.

4.1 Mounting the Lights

The lights come with an adjustable bracket for easy installation. You can choose between side mount, screw holes, or standard mount configurations.

Securely attach the lights to your desired location on the vehicle using the provided brackets and screws. Ensure the lights are aimed correctly before final tightening.

4.2 Wiring Instructions

The wiring harness allows for control of the lights. Follow the diagram below for proper connection:

1. Connect to Lights: Connect the flashing harness wire to the two Senlo X1plus lights.
2. Connect to Battery: Connect the red power cord (with 20A fuse) to the Car Battery's DC12V+ Positive pole. Connect the black wire to the Negative pole.
3. Blue Wire Connection: Connect the blue wire to the "Car Horn" DC12V+ Positive pole.
4. Red Wire Connection: Connect the red wire to Car ACC/DC12V+ Positive pole.
5. Waterproof Connector: Connect to A1/A3 Switches, using switches to control your lights.

Wiring Notes:

• The white wire is for the low beam.
• The yellow wire is for the high beam.
• The red wire, when connected, enables both low and high beams to be bright at the same time. If you do not need both beams simultaneously, you do not need to connect the red line.
• Ensure all connections are secure and waterproof.

Optional Flashing Effect: If you desire a flashing effect, a specialized flashing harness wire is required and may need to be purchased separately. Please contact customer service for details.

5. Operation

The Senlo X1plus LED Spotlight offers multiple lighting modes to suit various driving conditions. Control the light modes using the connected switch.

5.1 Lighting Modes

The lights feature three distinct lighting modes:

• Mode 1: White Light (Low Beam) - Suitable for clear night driving.
• Mode 2: Yellow Light (High Beam) - Ideal for night driving in rainy and foggy conditions.
• Mode 3: White + Yellow Light (Combined High and Low Beams) - Provides maximum illumination.

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the lens and housing with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the lens.
• Inspection: Periodically check the mounting brackets and wiring connections for any signs of looseness, corrosion, or damage. Tighten any loose fasteners and repair or replace damaged wiring as needed.
• Waterproofing: The lights are IP68 rated for waterproofing. While designed to withstand harsh environments, avoid directing high-pressure water jets directly at the light housing during cleaning.
• Heat Dissipation: Ensure that the cooling fins on the light housing are free from obstructions to allow for proper heat dissipation.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Senlo X1plus LED Spotlights, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

• Lights Not Turning On:
  • Check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and correctly connected according to the wiring diagram (Figure 4.3).
  • Verify that the power source (vehicle battery) is providing the correct voltage (9V-24V DC).
  • Inspect the fuse in the red power cord (20A fuse) and replace if blown.
  • Ensure the switch is functioning correctly.
• One Light Not Working:
  • Check the individual wiring connections for the non-functioning light and its driver.
  • Swap the driver with the working light's driver to determine if the issue is with the light or the driver.
• Incorrect Light Mode:
  • Review the wiring for the white, yellow, and red wires to ensure they are connected as desired for low beam, high beam, or combined modes.
  • Ensure the switch is correctly configured for mode selection.
• Flickering Lights:
  • Check for loose connections or damaged wiring.
  • Ensure the input voltage is stable and within the specified range.

9. Warranty and Support

Your Senlo X1plus LED Spotlight comes with a comprehensive warranty and dedicated support to ensure your satisfaction.

9.1 Warranty Information

All Senlo car lights, including the X1plus, come with a 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. Within 14 days of purchase, if any quality issues arise under normal use, you are eligible for a replacement with the same model or an equivalent product at authorized sales points or service centers.

During the warranty period, free repair services are provided for quality problems caused by the product itself under normal use. For products exceeding the warranty period, repair costs will be charged at the discretion of the car light dealers or after-sales service centers.

The warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or abuse.
• Damage caused by natural disasters or other force majeure factors.
• Unauthorized modification or repair of the product.
• Normal wear and aging of the product.
• Products that have exceeded the warranty period.
• Failure to provide purchase vouchers and valid invoices.
• Auxiliary spotlight accessories (wire sets, brackets, switches) are not covered by the warranty.

Please retain your purchase vouchers and valid invoices as proof of purchase for warranty claims. Do not disassemble the product without authorization, as this may void your warranty.
