4. Setup and Connection
Follow these steps to safely connect and begin charging your battery:
- Connect to Power Supply: Plug the charger's input power cord into a suitable AC outlet. The screen will flash in standby mode.
- Connect to Battery: Attach the red positive (+) clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the battery and the black negative (-) clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the battery. Ensure a secure connection.
- Power On: Flip the power switch on the rear of the charger to the 'ON' position.
- Select Charging Current: Press the 'AMPS' button to cycle through available charging current options (e.g., 5A, 10A, 30A for 12V; 5A, 10A, 15A for 24V). Choose the appropriate current based on your battery's capacity.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Charging Process
The BC-300 Pro utilizes an intelligent 8-stage charging process (including 4-stage pulse charging) to optimize battery health and longevity. This includes Desulfation, Soft Start, Bulk Charge, Absorption, Battery Test, Recondition, and Float stages.

- If the charging process shows less than 100% and the current has not reached the set value, the battery is still charging normally.
- If the charging display shows 100% and the current value has reached the set value, with the screen flashing, it indicates the battery is fully charged and the process is complete.
5.2. One-Key Repair Mode
The repair mode is designed to help restore batteries that have not been used for a long time, batteries with low power that won't start, or old batteries. To activate, press the 'Repair Mode' button.

6. Maintenance
- Cleanliness: Keep the charger clean and free from dust and debris. Use a dry cloth to wipe the exterior.
- Storage: Store the charger in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area when not in use.
- Cable Inspection: Regularly inspect the input and output cables for any signs of damage, fraying, or corrosion. Replace if necessary.
- Ventilation: Ensure the cooling fan and vents are not obstructed to prevent overheating. The intelligent fan cooling system will activate when the internal temperature reaches 104°F/40°C.
