Maintenance
- Keep the Game Stick and controllers clean by wiping them with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the Game Stick or controllers, as this will void any potential warranty.
- Store the device in a safe place when not in use to prevent damage.
Troubleshooting
- No display on TV: Ensure the Game Stick is securely plugged into the HDMI port, the TV is on the correct HDMI input, and the Game Stick is receiving power. Check all cable connections.
- Controllers not responding: Verify that AAA batteries are correctly installed in both controllers and are not depleted. Ensure the wireless USB adapter is firmly plugged into the Game Stick. Try re-pairing the controllers if necessary (refer to specific controller instructions if provided, otherwise, try turning them off and on).
- Games not loading or freezing: Ensure the TF card is properly inserted. If adding new games, verify that the game files are compatible with the emulator and placed in the correct folders on the TF card.
- Poor image quality: While the console supports 4K HDMI output, the resolution of classic games may vary. Not all games will render in native 4K or 1080p.
