With wireless connectivity via Bluetooth and app support, along with USB charging and a built-in 1500mAh rechargeable battery, it's designed for portability and ease of use. This manual provides detailed instructions for setup, operation, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

4. Setup

4.1. Driver Installation (for Computer Printing)

Before installing the driver, turn off any computer antivirus software. Visit https://help.flashlabel.com and search for keyword 'C80' to download the appropriate driver.

Turn on the printer. Connect the printer to your computer via the USB cable. Double-click the compressed file you downloaded to install the driver.

macOS Driver Installation

1. Click 'Continue' to begin the installation.
2. Click 'Install' to proceed.
3. Enter your password or use Touch ID to allow the driver to install.
4. Click 'Close' after the installation is successful.

Windows Driver Installation

1. Click 'Install' to begin the installation.
2. Click 'Finish' after the installation is complete.

NOTE: Select the correct printer driver (C80) during installation.

4.2. App Connection (for Mobile Printing)

1. Scan the QR code provided in the manual or on the product packaging to download the SharpFox App.
2. For iOS devices: Turn on Bluetooth and allow the SharpFox App to access it. For Android devices: Turn on Bluetooth and location, then allow the SharpFox App to access them.
3. Open the SharpFox App and tap 'Connect Device'.
4. Connect the thermal printer device from the list.
5. Tap the paper type and paper width. Tap 'Save'. If you need to customize the paper width, enter the number in the last row.

4.3. Paper Loading

1. Take out the thermal paper and make sure the printing side is facing up. Note: Make sure the paper roll takes out from the thermal printer.
2. Make sure the front side of the thermal paper is aligned and insert it into the paper inlet. Insert the paper until the printer sticks inside and is ready for printing.
3. Tear off the paper after printing.

Tattoo Transfer Paper Installation Guide

1. Remove the yellow bottom paper, ensuring the adhesive part is kept intact.
2. Remove the white protect paper.
3. Power on the printer. Make sure the white tracing paper is face down and the blue transfer paper is face up. Insert the paper from the back of the printer; the printer will feed the paper automatically.
4. After printing, gently peel off the white tracing paper.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Printing from the App

Once connected to the SharpFox app via Bluetooth, you can utilize various printing functions:

• Document Print: Import files from other apps (Word, PDF, Excel, PPT, TXT).
• Photo Print: Import images from your photo album.
• Scan Print: Take a photo of what you need to print.
• Tattoo Print: Import a photo or choose a template to print.

5.2. Printing from a Computer

After installing the printer driver (refer to Section 4.1), connect the printer to your computer via USB. You can then print documents directly from your computer's applications as you would with any standard printer.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning the Print Head

To maintain print quality and prolong the life of your printer, regularly clean the print head:

1. Shut down the printer and open the printer cover.
2. Carefully take out any paper inside.
3. Dip a cotton cloth or cotton swab into medical alcohol.
4. Gently wipe the print head, moving from the center to the direction of the print head.
5. Do not use the printer immediately after cleaning. Please wait 1-2 minutes until the alcohol has completely evaporated.

7. Troubleshooting and Safety Precautions

7.1. General Warnings and Safety

• The standard power adapter for this product is excluded. If you use a power adapter to charge, please purchase a certified 5V/2A power adapter that meets the standards.
• This is a professional product; please use the original battery.
• There is a built-in lithium battery. Do not use it in environments with temperatures higher than 40°C. Keep away from fire and other heat sources, and do not place it in direct sunlight or a closed car.
• Children should be charged and used under supervision of adults. After full charge, please make sure to pull out the charging line in time to prevent overheating, short circuit, or fire.
• Do not put the product in fire or water to avoid battery short circuit or fire or burn.
• Working environment: 0°C - 40°C ambient temperature, relative humidity 30% - 85%RH (non-condensing). Please do not exceed the recommended temperature range.
• The thermal printer will automatically turn off after 15 minutes if without any operation.

• Always ensure you are using the correct type of thermal paper for optimal print quality. Using non-thermal paper will not produce any print.

• For best results with tattoo transfer paper, follow the specific loading instructions carefully to ensure proper transfer.
