1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Aigostar 3L Deep Fryer. This appliance is designed to provide efficient and convenient frying for a variety of foods. 2. Important Safety Instructions

  • Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to “off”, then remove plug from wall outlet.
  • Do not use appliance for other than intended household use.
  • Ensure the oil level is between the 'MIN' and 'MAX' marks to prevent overflow or insufficient oil.
  • Always ensure the lid is properly closed during frying to prevent oil splashes.

4. Setup Instructions

  1. Place the main housing on a stable, heat-resistant, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance.
  2. Insert the removable oil bowl into the main housing.
  3. Place the heating element assembly (control panel attached) onto the back of the main housing, ensuring it is securely seated. The heating element must be correctly positioned for the fryer to operate.
  4. Fill the oil bowl with cooking oil. Ensure the oil level is between the 'MIN' and 'MAX' indicators marked inside the bowl. Do not overfill or underfill.
  5. Place the frying basket into the oil bowl.
  6. Close the lid, ensuring the vapor filter is correctly installed.

5. Operating Instructions

This deep fryer features a 3-liter oil capacity, suitable for frying up to 1 kg of French fries, serving 3-4 people.

5.1 Powering On and Temperature Setting

  1. Plug the power cord into a suitable wall outlet. The red POWER indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Turn the temperature control dial to your desired frying temperature (between 130°C and 190°C). The green HEAT indicator light will turn on, indicating the oil is heating.
  3. Once the oil reaches the set temperature, the green HEAT indicator light will turn off, and the fryer is ready for use. It will cycle on and off to maintain the temperature.

5.2 Frying Food

  1. Carefully place the food into the frying basket. Do not overload the basket.
  2. Slowly lower the frying basket into the hot oil.

  6. Remove the food from the basket and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any remaining oil.

  1. Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Hot oil can cause severe burns.
  2. Remove the control panel with the heating element. This part should NEVER be immersed in water. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
  3. Carefully remove the oil bowl. Dispose of used oil responsibly.
