4. Installation Instructions

This instruction manual serves as a general guideline for single DIN car stereos with floating screens. Professional installation is recommended.

4.1. Initial Assembly

1. Assemble Brackets: Assemble the left & right brackets with the single DIN cage using 8 supplied M4x4x7 screws (4 on top, 4 at the bottom).
   Note: The fixing position of the left & right brackets can be extended or telescoped to achieve the best fixing position according to your car center console, adapting to a wider range of vehicles.

2. Connect Screen Ribbon Cable: Connect the screen ribbon cable to the chassis correctly.
   Note: Ensure you have read the Basic Product Operation guide, especially for correctly setting up KEY/CAN, TF CARD, and SIM CARD connections.
3. Secure Chassis: Push the chassis into the single DIN cage and secure it in place with 2 supplied M4x4x7 screws (one on top, one on bottom).

4.2. In-Vehicle Installation

1. Disconnect Battery & Remove Old Radio: Disconnect your vehicle battery and carefully remove the factory or old radio from the dashboard console.
2. Install Mounting Sleeve: Place the mounting sleeve into the dash or fascia dash kit. Then bend the tabs with a screwdriver to lock it in place. Ensure the bumps on the tabs face inwards.
3. Connect Power & Insert Chassis: Connect the power cable and carefully insert the chassis into the mounting sleeve.
4. Install Plastic Trim Out: Install the plastic trim out around the unit. (To remove the chassis later, insert the two extraction keys into the slots on the left and right sides, then press deeply down together to release.)
5. Connect Screen & Secure: Connect the screen ribbon cable and align the four plastic clips from the screen to the holes of the chassis evenly. Push slightly on the outer part of the screen until all four clips are in place.
   Note: The position of the plastic clips can be adjusted; you can move the screen up and down depending on your installation requirements.

4.3. Cooling System

The unit features an upgraded dual heat sink design for superior heat dissipation and improved temperature control. The cooling fan will automatically activate when the CPU temperature or radio's volume rises and exceeds a set warning value, preventing overheating.
