• Cleaning: The Meross Smart Sprinkler Timer is IP65 rated, meaning it is protected against water jets. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Winterization: In regions with freezing temperatures, disconnect the sprinkler timer from the faucet and store it indoors to prevent damage from freezing water.

• Pairing Issues: Ensure your Smart Hub (if used) is properly connected and within range. A single Smart Hub can pair with up to 24 sprinkler timers. If you have multiple timers, ensure you are attempting to pair them one by one.
• App Notifications: If you receive alerts about abnormal watering, check your water supply and the device's physical connection.

• To prevent damage and ensure longevity, avoid using recycled or dirty water with your sprinkler timer.
• If you experience water hammer, consider installing a water hammer arrestor or slightly reducing the faucet's water pressure to alleviate the issue.
