1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Honor CHOICE LCHSE X7e Semi-open Active Noise Cancelling ENC True Wireless Earbuds. These earbuds are designed to provide a comfortable and immersive audio experience with advanced features like semi-open active noise cancellation, Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, and long battery life.

Important Note: This product is part of the Honor sub-series. The product itself does not feature the Honor trademark.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case. Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB Type-C cable.

• The charging case has a 490mAh battery.
• The earbuds have a 40mAh battery each.
• Fast charging is supported: a 10-minute charge can provide up to 2 hours of listening time.
• A full charge of the case provides up to 40 hours of total listening time for the earbuds.

4.2 Pairing with a Device

The earbuds use Bluetooth 5.3 for a stable and secure connection.

1. Initial Pairing: Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and select "Honor CHOICE LCHSE X7e" from the list of available devices.
3. Pop-up Window Function: If using an Honor mobile phone or tablet with Magic UI 6.1 or above (including MagicOS), a pop-up window will appear for automatic pairing and connection upon opening the case lid for the first time. This window will also display the earbud and case battery levels when reconnected.
4. Multi-Device Pairing (Honor Account): If the headset is paired with an Honor mobile phone or tablet, it can be used with other Honor mobile phones and tablets under the same Honor account without re-pairing. To enable this, ensure the "Multi-device data synchronization" function for Bluetooth is turned on in the Glory Cloud menu within your Honor account center.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Controls

The earbuds feature touch controls for various functions. Specific touch gestures (e.g., single tap, double tap, press and hold) will control playback, calls, and other features. Refer to the Glory Smart Space app for customizable control settings.

5.2 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

The LCHSE X7e earbuds feature semi-open adaptive active noise cancellation for a comfortable noise reduction experience.

• Activating ANC: While wearing the earbuds, press and hold the touch area on either earbud for 2 seconds to toggle the noise reduction function. Alternatively, you can activate it via the Glory Smart Space app.
• Adaptive Adjustment: The noise reduction parameters can adaptively adjust based on the fit of the earbud in your ear.

5.3 Gaming Mode (Low Latency)

For an optimized gaming experience, activate the low-latency gaming mode.

• Activation: Turn on "Game mode" in the settings menu of the Glory Smart Space app.
• Note: This mode will automatically turn off if Bluetooth is disconnected and needs to be re-enabled in the app for subsequent use.

5.4 Spatial Surround Sound

Enjoy a three-dimensional, multi-layered audio experience with spatial surround sound.

• Activation: The spatial surround sound function can be turned on or off in the settings menu of the Glory Smart Space app.

5.5 Audio Quality

The earbuds feature a large 11mm LCP liquid crystal dynamic coil driver and dual magnetic circuit bass for a wide and delicate vocal range and immersive listening enjoyment.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Water and Dust Resistance

The earbuds are rated IP54 for dust and water resistance. This means they are protected against limited dust ingress and splashing water from any direction. The charging case is NOT dustproof or waterproof.

• Avoid submerging the earbuds in water.
• Do not expose the charging case to water or excessive moisture.
• Clean any moisture from the earbuds before placing them back in the charging case.

6.2 Cleaning

• Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
• Gently clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case to ensure proper charging.

7. Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure the earbuds are charged and the charging case lid is open. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try re-pairing.
• Noise reduction effect deteriorates: The semi-open design means the ANC effect can be influenced by how well the earbuds fit in your ear. If the effect lessens, remove the earbuds and re-insert them to ensure a snug fit.
• Gaming mode automatically turns off: This is normal behavior. If Bluetooth disconnects, gaming mode will deactivate. Re-enable it through the Glory Smart Space app when needed.
• No sound from one earbud: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Try placing them back in the case, closing the lid, and then reopening to reset the connection. Check your device's audio balance settings.
• Charging issues: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected and the charging contacts on both the earbuds and case are clean and free of debris.

8. User Tips

• For optimal noise reduction, ensure the earbuds fit snugly in your ears. The semi-open design means fit is crucial for ANC performance.
• Utilize the Glory Smart Space app to customize earbud controls, activate gaming mode, and toggle spatial surround sound.
• If you own multiple Honor devices, enable "Multi-device data synchronization" in the Glory Cloud menu for seamless switching between devices without re-pairing.
• Take advantage of the fast charging feature: a quick 10-minute charge can provide significant listening time.
