1. Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your new Car TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). This intelligent system is designed to enhance driving safety by continuously monitoring your vehicle's tire pressure and temperature, providing real-time data and warnings for potential issues. The system features a clear LCD display, dual charging capabilities (solar and USB), and external sensors for easy installation.

2. Key Features
- Universal Compatibility: Widely applicable to various car models, including commercial cars, jeeps, off-road vehicles, minibuses, and travel cars, with tire pressures in the range of 0-6.0 Bar.
- Dual Charging Modes: Equipped with a high-efficiency solar power panel and a USB charging port for continuous power supply.
- Real-time Monitoring: Simultaneously displays tire pressure and temperature for all four wheels.
- Intelligent Auto On/Off: The screen automatically turns off when there is no operation, conserving battery.
- Safety Alarms: Provides alerts for low voltage, tire leakage, and abnormal tire temperature.
- Accurate Data: Delivers precise tire data for informed driving decisions.
- Long Battery Life: Designed for extended operational periods.

3. Package Contents
Please check the package for the following items:
- 1 x TPMS Display Unit
- 4 x External Sensors (labeled F.R, R.R, R.L, F.L)
- 1 x USB Charging Cable
- 1 x Wrench
- 4 x Hexagonal Anti-theft Nuts
- 1 x Adhesive Pad (for mounting the display unit)

4. Installation Guide
4.1 Display Unit Installation
Place the TPMS display unit on your car's dashboard using the provided adhesive pad. Ensure it is in a position where it receives sufficient sunlight for solar charging and does not obstruct your view while driving. The USB charging interface is located on the side of the unit.

4.2 External Sensor Installation
Follow these steps to install the external sensors on your vehicle's tires. Ensure each sensor is installed on its corresponding tire (Front Left, Front Right, Rear Left, Rear Right) as indicated by the labels (FL, FR, RL, RR).
- Remove Valve Cap: Unscrew the original valve cap from the tire valve.
- Install Hexagonal Nut: Screw the hexagonal anti-theft nut onto the tire valve stem. Do not tighten it yet.
- Install Sensor: Screw the corresponding sensor (e.g., 'FL' for Front Left) onto the tire valve stem until it is hand-tight.
- Secure Sensor: Using the provided wrench, tighten the hexagonal anti-theft nut counter-clockwise against the sensor to secure it in place. This prevents theft and ensures a tight seal.
- Check for Leaks: Apply soapy water around the valve stem and sensor to check for any air leaks. If bubbles appear, re-tighten the sensor and nut.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
The display unit will automatically power on when it detects vibration (e.g., when the car starts moving) and power off after a period of inactivity. You can also manually power it on or off using the Power button on the unit.
5.2 Display Information
The LCD display shows real-time pressure (in Bar) and temperature (in °C) for all four tires simultaneously. A car icon in the center indicates the tire positions. Battery level of the display unit is also shown.

5.3 Charging the Display Unit
The display unit can be charged in two ways:
- Solar Charging: Place the unit on the dashboard where it can receive direct sunlight. The built-in solar panel will charge the internal battery.
- USB Charging: Connect the provided USB cable to the USB charging interface on the side of the unit and to a 5V USB power source (e.g., car charger, computer USB port).
5.4 Menu and Settings
Use the 'Menu' and 'Select' buttons on the display unit to navigate through settings and adjust parameters such as pressure units (Bar/PSI), temperature units (°C/°F), and alarm thresholds. Refer to the on-screen prompts for specific adjustments.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the display unit and sensors with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Care: Ensure the display unit is regularly charged via solar power or USB to maintain optimal performance.
- Sensor Check: Periodically check the sensors for tightness and signs of damage. Re-tighten anti-theft nuts if necessary.
- Storage: If storing the system for an extended period, ensure the display unit is fully charged and stored in a cool, dry place.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Display/Unit Not Turning On: Ensure the unit is charged. Connect it to a USB power source. If solar charging, ensure it's in direct sunlight.
- No Sensor Readings: Verify that all sensors are correctly installed and tightened. Drive the vehicle for a short period to activate the sensors. Check if the sensor batteries are depleted (though external sensors typically have long-lasting batteries).
- Inaccurate Readings: Ensure sensors are installed on the correct tires. Recalibrate the system if an option is available in the menu (refer to specific menu settings).
- Alarm Sounds Continuously: Check all tire pressures and temperatures. If a tire is genuinely low or hot, address the issue immediately. If readings are normal, check alarm threshold settings in the menu.
- Display Unit Not Charging: Ensure the solar panel is clean and exposed to sunlight. Check the USB cable and power source if using USB charging.
