2. Package Contents
The ABIR G20S comes securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Inside the main shipping box, you will find a branded product box containing the robot and its accessories.

3. Setup Guide
3.1 Unboxing and Initial Preparation
- Carefully remove the outer and inner packaging. The robot is protected by foam inserts.
- Locate the user manual inside the box.
- Remove the yellow protective inserts from the bumper of the robot before first use. These are for transport protection.

3.2 Charging Station Setup
- Place the charging station against a wall in an open area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 1 meter to the sides and 2 meters in front.
- Connect the AC adapter to the charging station and plug it into a power outlet.
- An indicator light on the charging station will confirm power.
- For the first charge, leave the robot on the charging station overnight (5-6 hours) to ensure the 2600mAh Li-ion battery is fully charged.

The robot can also be charged directly by plugging the AC adapter into the dedicated port on the side of the robot.
3.3 Wi-Fi and App Connection
To unlock advanced features like scheduling and detailed cleaning maps, connect your robot to the "WeBack" app.
- Download the "WeBack" app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Register an account by selecting your region, entering your mobile number, and verifying with a code.
- In the app, tap the "+" icon to add a new device.
- The app will prompt you to scan the QR code located on the side of your robot.

4.1 Control Methods

4.3 Navigation and Sensors
The G20S utilizes 2D map navigation, Gyroscope, and Memory functions to build real-time maps of your home. It uses 38 sets of sensors, including infrared anti-collision sensors and anti-fall ground sensors, to navigate safely and efficiently.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Dustbin and Water Tank
- The G20S features an integrated 350ml dustbin and 300ml water tank.
- To remove, press the release button on the bottom of the robot.
- Empty the dustbin after every 2-3 cleaning cycles, or as needed.
- When using the mopping function, ensure the water tank is filled. You can adjust the water flow speed via the app or remote.
- After mopping, empty any remaining water from the tank and clean the mop pad.

5.2 Filter System
The robot uses a triple filtration system: a primary filter, a sponge filter, and a HEPA filter.
- The primary filter and sponge filter can be washed with water. Ensure they are completely dry before re-installing.
- The HEPA filter should not be washed. Clean it by tapping out dust or using a dry brush/compressed air.
- Replace the HEPA filter every 3-6 months, depending on usage.

5.3 Brushes and Mop Pad
- Regularly check the side brushes and main V-shape floating roller brush for tangled hair or debris. Use the provided cleaning tool to cut and remove any tangled hair.
- The mop pads are attached with Velcro and can be easily removed for washing. Ensure the mop pad is clean before each mopping cycle.

The cleaning tool includes a brush for filters, a knife for cutting tangled hair from brushes, and hooks for removing debris from the dustbin.

ABIR offers a 3-year warranty for the robot. For specific components:
