1. Introduction

2. Setup

2.1 Package Contents

2.2 Connecting Your Mouse

The VALKYRIE M2 series mouse supports three connection modes: Wired, 2.4G Wireless, and Bluetooth.

1. Wired Connection: Connect the mouse directly to your computer using the provided USB-C cable. This mode also charges the mouse.
2. 2.4G Wireless Connection:
   1. Plug the 2.4G USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
   2. Ensure the mouse is powered on and in 2.4G wireless mode (check the switch on the bottom of the mouse, if applicable).
   3. The mouse should automatically connect.
3. Bluetooth Connection (BT5.3):

• Via USB-C Cable: Connect the USB-C cable to the mouse and a power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
• Via Magnetic Charging Base: Place the mouse onto the magnetic charging base. Ensure the contacts align for proper charging. The charging base may feature an LCD display for time and status.

3.1 DPI Adjustment

The mouse features adjustable DPI settings, with some models supporting up to 42000 DPI. Use the dedicated DPI button (usually located near the scroll wheel or on the bottom of the mouse) to cycle through preset DPI levels. Refer to the software for custom DPI settings.

3.2 Polling Rate (Return Rate)

The mouse supports various polling rates, including 8KHz, 4KHz, 2KHz, and 1KHz, providing ultra-fast response times as low as 0.125 milliseconds.

When using 8000Hz or 4000Hz polling rates, the mouse will occupy more computer CPU resources. It is recommended to use an Intel Core i7-9700K or above, or an AMD Ryzen 7-3700X or above. If your CPU frequency is unstable, it may affect mouse performance and cause lag.

• Solution:
• Ensure your computer's power settings are set to "High Performance."
• Check for any power-saving features that might be throttling your CPU.
• If lag persists, lower the polling rate to 2000Hz or 1000Hz.

5.2 Connectivity Issues

• Wireless (2.4G/Bluetooth): Ensure the mouse is sufficiently charged. Check that the USB receiver is securely plugged in (for 2.4G) or that Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and the mouse is paired. Try restarting both the mouse and your computer.
