  • Black Wire: Connect to the negative pole (ground) of your vehicle's electrical system.
  • Speaker Wires: Connect according to the color codes and polarity to avoid damage to the amplifier chip.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the screen and exterior. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Software Updates: Periodically check the manufacturer's website for any available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
  • Environmental Conditions: Avoid exposing the unit to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or excessive moisture.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions

  • No Power / Screen Not Working
Check if the yellow wire (B+) is connected to a constant 12V source and the red wire (ACC) to a switched 12V source. Ensure the black wire is properly grounded. Verify that no fuses in the car or the unit are blown.
  • No Sound from Speakers
Confirm that the speaker wires are correctly connected according to the manual's interface definition. Incorrect wiring can damage the power amplifier chip.
  • Settings Not Saved (e.g., radio stations, music)
This often indicates incorrect wiring of the red and yellow power cables. Ensure the yellow wire (B+) has constant 12V and the red wire (ACC) has 12V only when the ignition is on.
  • Cannot Read / Play USB Music and Videos
Use 8GB or 16GB storage devices. Some large-capacity devices may not be supported. Format the storage device to its default file system. Ensure media files are in common formats (MP3, MP4, WMA, JPEG) as partially encoded files may not be recognized.
  • Bluetooth Connection Fails / Abnormal Functionality
Search for the device's Bluetooth name, typically "CAR BT" or "CAR KIT", on your mobile phone. Delete any previously paired but unconnected Bluetooth devices from your phone, as they can interfere with new connections.
  • Screen Flickers When Car Lights Are On
This issue may be related to power supply stability or grounding. Recheck all power connections and ensure a stable 12V supply. Consult a professional if the issue persists.
  • Volume Knob Not Responding
If the volume knob does not increase or decrease volume, it may indicate a hardware malfunction or a software glitch. Try resetting the unit. If the problem continues, contact customer support.

User Tips

  • Wiring Caution: Always double-check your power and speaker wiring. Incorrect connections are a common cause of issues and can lead to damage.
  • Media Compatibility: For best results with USB and TF card playback, stick to 8GB or 16GB storage devices and widely supported media formats.
  • Troubleshoot Power Issues: If you experience screen flickering or settings not saving, focus on verifying your B+ (constant 12V) and ACC (switched 12V) connections.
  • Bluetooth Reset: If Bluetooth acts up, clear old pairings on your phone before attempting to reconnect to the car player.
