5. Initial Setup: Time and Date
The watch typically arrives with a pre-installed battery. Follow these steps to set the time and date:
- Enter Time Setting Mode: In the default Time Mode (T1), press and hold the C (Mode) button for approximately 3 seconds until the seconds start flashing.
- Select Item to Adjust: Press the D (Adjust) button repeatedly to cycle through the settings in the following order: Seconds → Minutes → Hours → 12/24 Hour Format → Year → Month → Date. The selected item will flash.
- Adjust Value: While an item is flashing, press the B (Set) button to increase its value. For the 12/24 Hour Format, press B to toggle between 12H and 24H.
- Confirm and Exit: Once all settings are correct, press the C (Mode) button to confirm and exit the Time Setting Mode.
To toggle 12/24 Hour Format quickly: In Time Mode (T1), press and hold the A (EL Light) button for 3 seconds.
6. Operating Modes
Press the C (Mode) button to cycle through the different operating modes:
Time Mode (T1) → Stopwatch (STW) → Countdown (CD) → Alarm (AL) → World Time (WT) → Time Mode (T1)
6.1. Time Mode (T1)
This is the default display mode, showing the current time, day, and date.
- EL Backlight: Press the A (EL Light) button to illuminate the display.
- 12/24 Hour Format: Press and hold the A (EL Light) button for 3 seconds to switch between 12-hour (with 'P' for PM) and 24-hour formats.
6.2. Stopwatch Mode (STW)
Used for measuring elapsed time.
- Enter Stopwatch Mode: Press C (Mode) until 'STW' appears on the display.
- Start/Stop: Press the B (Start/Stop) button to start or stop the stopwatch.
- Reset: While the stopwatch is stopped, press the A (Reset) button to reset it to 00:00:00.
6.3. Countdown Mode (CD)
Used for setting a timer that counts down from a specified time.
- Enter Countdown Mode: Press C (Mode) until 'CD' appears on the display.
- Set Countdown Time: Press and hold the B (Set) button for 3 seconds until the minutes start flashing.
- Select Item to Adjust: Press the D (Adjust) button to switch between minutes and hours.
- Adjust Value: Press the A (Adjust) button to increase the value of the flashing item.
- Confirm Setting: Press the B (Set) button to confirm the countdown time and exit setting mode.
- Start/Stop Countdown: Press the B (Start/Stop) button to start or stop the countdown.
- Reset: While the countdown is stopped, press the A (Reset) button to reset it to the set time.
6.4. Alarm Mode (AL)
The watch supports up to 4 alarms (AL1-AL4) and an hourly chime (CHM).
- Enter Alarm Mode: Press C (Mode) until 'AL' appears on the display.
- Select Alarm: Press the D (Change) button to cycle through AL1, AL2, AL3, AL4, and CHM.
- Set Alarm Time: With the desired alarm (e.g., AL1) selected, press and hold the B (Set) button for 3 seconds until the hours start flashing.
- Select Item to Adjust: Press the D (Change) button to switch between hours and minutes.
- Adjust Value: Press the A (Adjust) button to increase the value of the flashing item.
- Confirm Setting: Press the B (Set) button to confirm the alarm time and exit setting mode.
- Toggle Alarm ON/OFF: When an alarm (AL1-AL4) is selected (not in setting mode), press the A (EL Light) button to toggle it ON or OFF. An alarm icon will appear when active.
- Toggle Hourly Chime ON/OFF: When 'CHM' is selected (not in setting mode), press the B (Start/Stop) button to toggle the hourly chime ON or OFF. The 'CHM' icon will appear when active.
6.5. World Time Mode (WT)
Allows you to view the time in different time zones.
- Enter World Time Mode: Press C (Mode) until 'WT' appears on the display.
- Cycle Time Zones: Press the D (Change) button to cycle through various pre-set world time zones.
- Swap T1/T2: Press the B (Set) button to swap the main time (T1) with the currently displayed world time (T2).

- Water Resistance: The 5ATM water resistance is for cold water only. Avoid hot water, steam, or pressing buttons underwater. After exposure to saltwater, rinse the watch with fresh water and dry it completely.
