6.3. Device Pairing

1. Open the iCam365 app and register for an account or log in.
2. Follow the in-app instructions to add a new device. This typically involves selecting your camera model, connecting to the camera's temporary Wi-Fi hotspot, and then configuring it to connect to your home 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
3. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network during the pairing process.

6.4. Physical Installation

The iCam365 camera is designed for flexible installation, suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. Choose a location that provides the desired viewing angle and has access to a power outlet.

• Indoor Use: Mount the camera on a wall or ceiling to monitor children, pets, or general indoor activity.
• Outdoor Use: Install the camera on an exterior wall, under an eave, or in a garage to monitor entryways, yards, or vehicles. Ensure it is protected from direct heavy rain or extreme weather conditions.

7. Operating the Camera

Once paired, you can control and monitor your camera using the iCam365 app.

7.1. Remote Monitoring

Access live video feed from anywhere using the iCam365 app on your smartphone. You can view your property in real-time, day or night.

7.2. Two-Way Audio

The camera features a built-in microphone and loudspeaker, enabling two-way communication. You can speak through the app and hear responses from the camera's location, useful for interacting with visitors or deterring intruders.

7.3. Motion Detection & Alarms

The camera can detect motion and send instant alerts to your smartphone. You can customize motion detection zones and sensitivity settings within the app to reduce false alarms.

7.4. Night Vision

The iCam365 camera offers both infrared (black and white) and full-color night vision. It automatically switches to night mode in low-light conditions. The integrated lighting function can provide illumination for clearer color night vision in dark environments.

7.5. Pan/Tilt Control

7.6. Video Recording & Storage

• Camera not connecting to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Check Wi-Fi signal strength at the camera's location. Try resetting the camera using the reset key and re-pairing it with the app.
• No video feed: Verify the camera is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi. Check your internet connection. Restart the app.
• Two-way audio issues: Ensure microphone and speaker permissions are granted to the iCam365 app on your phone. Check volume settings on both the app and your phone.
• Motion detection not working: Verify motion detection is enabled in the app settings. Adjust sensitivity and detection zones.
• TF card not recording: Ensure the TF card is correctly inserted and formatted. Check storage settings in the app. The card might be full or corrupted.
• Camera offline: Check power connection and Wi-Fi router. Restart both the camera and the router.
