The bracelet can remember up to 30 days of exercise data.

  1. Press the Function key three times to enter the 'STEP' interface.
  2. Press and hold the Function key again to enter the browsing state for past data.
  3. Short press the Function key to view the number of steps per day.

3. Sleep Monitoring

The bracelet monitors your sleep quality between 23:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
