9. Troubleshooting (FAQ)

Q: How do cameras store video?
A: Video can be stored in two ways:
  1. Local TF card storage (maximum support up to 128GB). When full, older videos are automatically deleted and overwritten.
  2. Cloud storage, which is recommended for safety and convenience.
Q: What should I do if I forget the device password?
A: Re-connect and set a new password after restoring the device to factory settings. Be careful with your device password as it involves privacy security.
Q: How to do if the camera is not connected or offline?
A:
  1. Check if the camera power or router network is functioning normally.
  2. Unplug and replug the camera power to restart it.
  3. Restore the camera to factory settings.
Q: Is a 5G router supported?
A: If your 5G router uses the same SSID (network name) for both 5G and 2.4G bands, you can connect directly. If the 5G and 2.4G SSIDs are different (e.g., xxxxx-2.4G and xxxxx-5G), please connect your mobile phone's WiFi to the 2.4G hotspot (xxxxx-2.4G) of the router before configuring the camera.
