4.1.3. Power Input Selector (PIS)
The receiver features a Power Input Selector (PIS) to adapt to different voltage inputs. Adjust the PIS according to your power supply:
- If the input voltage is greater than 24V, shorten pins 2 & 3.
- If the input voltage is less than 24V, shorten pins 1 & 2.
4.2. Programming a New RF Remote Control
To program a new remote control to the receiver:
- Select the Correct Brand: Identify the brand of your remote control. Use the 8 dip switches on the receiver to set the correct combination for your remote's brand and frequency. Refer to the compatibility table below for specific settings. For example, for a 433.92MHz Marantec remote, move Dip-switch 7 UP.
- Activate Learning Mode: Press the 'Learn' button on the receiver. The LED indicator will turn on.
- Program Remote Button: Press the desired button on your remote control. The LED on the receiver will flash 4 times, indicating successful programming.
- Repeat for Additional Buttons: If your remote has multiple buttons you wish to program, repeat step 2 and 3 for each button.
- Second Channel Programming: The procedure for programming the second channel is identical.

7. Troubleshooting
- Remote Not Programming: Ensure the dip switches are set correctly for your remote's brand and frequency. Check that the remote's battery is not depleted. Make sure the receiver is in learning mode (LED on).
- No Response from App/Voice Control: Verify the receiver is connected to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Check your internet connection. Ensure the device is properly linked in the Tuya/Smart Life app and integrated with Google Assistant/Alexa.
- Limited RF Range: Ensure the small antenna is properly connected and extended. Obstructions like metal structures or thick walls can reduce range.
- Device Not Powering On: Check the power connections and ensure the Power Input Selector (PIS) is correctly configured for your voltage.
8. Compatibility
The receiver is designed to be compatible with a wide range of remote control brands and frequencies. Use the dip switches to configure the receiver for your specific remote. If you are unsure about compatibility, please consult the detailed compatibility table below or contact support.

9. User Tips
- Optimal Antenna Placement: For best RF performance, ensure the small antenna is positioned away from metal objects and extended as much as possible.
- Wi-Fi Network: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as the device does not support 5GHz networks.
- Regular Testing: Periodically test both RF and app control to ensure proper functionality, especially after power outages or network changes.
- Security: For enhanced security, consider changing your Wi-Fi password regularly and ensuring your smart home app has strong authentication.
