4. Setup Guide

4.1. Powering On/Off

  • Power On: Press and hold the function key on the side of the watch until the screen lights up.
  • Power Off: Navigate to the settings menu on the watch, find the power off option, and confirm. Alternatively, some models allow pressing and holding the function key and selecting "Slide Restart" or "Power Off".

4.2. Charging the Smart Watch

To charge your smartwatch, place the watch onto the magnetic charging circle. Ensure the charging pins align correctly. The watch screen will display a charging notification. If the watch does not power on initially due to low battery, charge it for 5-10 minutes before attempting to power it on.

4.3. Connecting to Your Smartphone (LAXASFIT App)

To unlock the full potential of your KESHUYOU H9 Pro Max Smart Watch, connect it to your smartphone using the LAXASFIT app.

  1. Download the App: Scan the QR code provided in the watch's menu or search for "LAXASFIT" in your phone's app store (available for Android and iOS).
  2. Enable Bluetooth: Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
  3. Open LAXASFIT App: Launch the LAXASFIT app and follow the on-screen instructions to add a new device.
  4. Connect Device: Select "Connect device" within the app and choose "H9 Pro Max" from the list of available devices.
  5. Pairing Confirmation: Your phone will prompt a Bluetooth pairing request. Confirm the pairing and allow necessary notification permissions for the watch to receive alerts.

For Bluetooth call functionality, ensure you also connect the watch's "call bluetooth" in your phone's Bluetooth settings after the initial app connection. The watch's Bluetooth status will show "blue + green" when successfully connected for calls.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Navigating the Interface

The H9 Pro Max features a full touch screen for easy navigation. Swipe left, right, up, or down to access different menus, widgets, and notifications. Tap to select an option or open an application.

5.2. Bluetooth Calling

With its built-in high-performance microphones and speakers, you can make and receive calls directly from your watch once connected via Bluetooth.

  • Answering Calls: When a call comes in, tap the green answer icon on the watch screen.

Stay connected with real-time notifications for incoming calls, messages, and app alerts (Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.). Ensure notification permissions are granted in the LAXASFIT app and your phone's settings.

5.6. Voice Assistant

  • No Direct App Store: The smartwatch does not have a built-in app store like Google Play. All functionalities and customizations are managed through the companion LAXASFIT app on your smartphone.
  • Battery Life: To maximize battery life, consider adjusting screen brightness and limiting background app refresh in the LAXASFIT app.

7. Care and Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the watch screen and band regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
  • Water Resistance: The watch is "Life Waterproof" (IP65 rated), meaning it can withstand splashes and sweat. It is NOT suitable for swimming, showering, or diving. Avoid prolonged exposure to water.
  • Avoid Chemicals: Do not expose the watch to harsh chemicals, detergents, or solvents, as these can damage the materials.
  • Temperature: Avoid extreme temperatures (hot or cold) and direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can affect battery life and component integrity.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Watch Not Turning On: Ensure the watch is fully charged. If it's completely drained, it might take a few minutes on the charger before it responds.
  • Cannot Connect to Phone:

    2. Ensure the LAXASFIT app is open and running in the background.
    3. Restart both your phone and the watch.
    4. Forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again through the LAXASFIT app.
  • No Notifications:
    1. Check if notification permissions are granted for the LAXASFIT app in your phone's settings.
    2. Ensure the watch is properly connected to the app.
    3. Verify that "Do Not Disturb" mode is not active on either your phone or watch.
  • Inaccurate Health Data:
    1. Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, but not too tight.
    2. Clean the sensor on the back of the watch regularly.
