1. Introduction

The Donlim DL-7901 Multifunctional Steam Cleaner is a powerful household appliance designed for deep cleaning and sterilization across various surfaces. 2. Safety Information

  • Always ensure the appliance is connected to a 220V / 50Hz power supply. Use the correct plug adapter for your region.
  • Do not open the water tank caps or attempt to refill water while the unit is operating or hot.
  • Keep hands and face away from the steam nozzle during operation to prevent scalding.
  • Do not immerse the main unit in water or other liquids.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Always unplug the appliance before cleaning, maintenance, or when not in use.
  • Do not use the steam cleaner on materials not recommended for steam or water cleaning, such as latex, down, wool, or cashmere. Always test on an inconspicuous area first.

3.2 Power Adapter

Your steam cleaner operates on 220V. The appropriate plug adapter will be provided based on your shipping address. Examples of plug adapters:

3.3 Initial Assembly

  1. Connect Handle Rods: Attach the long handle rods to the main unit and the desired brush head for extended reach. For shorter tasks, use a single rod or attach the brush head directly to the hose.
  2. Fill Water Tank: Open the clear water tank (1.4L capacity) and fill it with clean water. Ensure the cap is securely closed. The sewage tank has a 1.3L capacity.
  3. Attach Brush Head: Select the appropriate brush head for your cleaning task and securely attach it to the end of the hose or handle rod.
  4. Power On: Plug the power cord into a suitable 220V outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Control Panel and Modes

The Donlim DL-7901 features intuitive touch buttons on the top panel to select cleaning modes:

  • Low Temperature Cleaning (Room Temperature Water): Ideal for high-temperature resistant protein stains like coffee, milk, blood, and urine stains.
  • High Temperature Cleaning (60°C Living Water): Suitable for stubborn or oily stains, yellowing, soup sauce, and red wine stains. This temperature helps dissolve solidified grease.
  • Steam Cleaning (100°C Steam): For mildew stains, hidden stains that need softening, and general cleaning of mites, bacteria, and dust.
  • Steam Sterilization (100°C Steam): For fabrics requiring sterilization and those often in contact with skin, such as dolls, throw pillows, mattresses, strollers, and clothing.

4.2 Using Different Brush Heads

The steam cleaner comes with multiple brush heads to suit various cleaning tasks:

  • Standard Brush Head: Versatile for general fabric cleaning on sofas, carpets, and other textiles.
  • Long Brush Head: Used with the long handle rod for floor carpets and other large areas, allowing cleaning without bending over.
  • Steam Brush: Delivers concentrated steam for kitchen stoves, gaps, and other areas requiring high-temperature cleaning and sterilization.
  • Ironing Brush: For steaming and refreshing fabrics like curtains and clothing.
  • Glass Brush: Designed for cleaning glass surfaces, bath screens, and tiles.
  • Carpet Brush: Specifically for deep cleaning carpets and rugs.
  • Curtain Brush: For steaming and cleaning curtains.

4.3 High-Temperature Steam and Suction

  • 170°C Steam: The cleaner produces high-temperature steam (boiler temperature 170°C) with a steam volume of 25-35g/min and a vapor pressure of 2.5 bar. This powerful steam effectively dissolves stubborn oil stains and provides deep sterilization, killing over 99.99% of bacteria like Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and achieving 100% mite removal.
  • 15000Pa Suction: The strong suction power ensures that dirt and moisture are quickly absorbed from fabrics, accelerating drying and preventing residue buildup.

4.4 Intelligent Voice Interaction

The cleaner is equipped with intelligent voice prompts to provide real-time updates on its status, such as:

5. Maintenance

5.1 Self-Cleaning Function

The DL-7901 features a one-click self-cleaning function for its internal pipes. After cleaning, remove the brush head and install the self-cleaning cover. Activate the self-cleaning mode to flush the internal pipelines and fuselage, ensuring hygiene and preventing bacterial growth within the hose (bacteriostatic material hose effectively inhibits bacteria >99%).

5.2 Water Tank Management

  • Empty Sewage Tank: Regularly empty the sewage tank when prompted by the voice assistant or after each significant cleaning session to prevent overflow and maintain optimal performance.
  • Refill Clear Water Tank: Ensure the clear water tank is filled with fresh water before each use. The independent living water system ensures fresh water for every rinse.

5.3 Cleaning Brush Heads

After each use, detach the brush heads and clean them thoroughly with water to remove any accumulated dirt or debris. Allow them to air dry before storing.

5.4 Cord Storage

The unit features a one-click automatic take-up function for the power cord, making storage neat and convenient.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working 220V outlet and the power button is pressed. Check if the circuit breaker has tripped.
  • No Steam: Verify the clear water tank is filled. The unit may be preheating; wait for the voice prompt to indicate readiness. If the issue persists, ensure the steam mode is correctly selected.
  • Low Suction: Check if the sewage tank is full and needs emptying. Ensure the brush head is clean and not clogged. Verify all connections are secure.
  • Voice Prompts Not Working: Check the volume settings if available. If the unit is otherwise functioning, this may not affect cleaning performance.
  • Water Leaking: Ensure all tank caps and brush head connections are tightly sealed. Do not overfill the water tank.
