4. Setup Guide

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Navigation

Use the included remote control to navigate the Android 12.1 interface. The directional pad (up, down, left, right) and 'OK' button are used for selection. The 'Back' button returns to the previous screen, and the 'Home' button takes you to the main menu.

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the TV Box. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
  • Ventilation: Ensure the TV Box is placed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating. Do not block any ventilation openings.
  • Software Updates: Periodically check for system updates in the 'Settings' menu to ensure optimal performance and access to the latest features and security patches.
  • Power Cycle: If the device becomes unresponsive, disconnect the power adapter, wait 10 seconds, and then reconnect it to perform a power cycle.

7. Troubleshooting

  • No Picture on TV: Verify that the HDMI cable is correctly connected to both the TV Box and the TV. Ensure the TV is set to the correct HDMI input source.
  • No Wi-Fi Connection: Check that your Wi-Fi router is on and functioning. Re-enter your Wi-Fi password in the TV Box settings. If using 5GHz, ensure your router supports it and the signal is strong enough.
  • Remote Control Not Working: Check the batteries in the remote control and replace them if needed. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV Box.
  • Apps Crashing/Slow Performance: Close unused applications. Clear the cache of problematic apps in 'Settings' > 'Apps'. Consider a factory reset if issues persist (backup important data first).
