1. Product Overview

The TH01 Smart Temperature and Humidity Sensor is a versatile device designed to monitor environmental conditions in your home or greenhouse. It provides real-time temperature and humidity readings, integrates with smart home platforms like Tuya Smart and Smart Life, and supports voice control via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

3. Setup Instructions

3.1. Battery Installation

1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the device.
2. Insert three (3) AAA 1.5V batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

3.2. App Installation and Device Pairing

The TH01 sensor works with the Tuya Smart or Smart Life application.

1. Download the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app from your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
2. Register or log in to your account.
3. Ensure your smartphone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled.
4. Open the app. A window may pop up automatically to detect new devices. If not, tap the '+' icon to add a device.
5. On the TH01 sensor, press and hold the Reset Button (located on the top) for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi icon on the display starts blinking, indicating pairing mode.
6. The app will search for and automatically detect the device.
7. Follow the on-screen prompts in the app to connect the sensor to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
8. Once connected, the device will be added successfully, and the Wi-Fi icon on the sensor's display will become solid.

3.3. Placement

The TH01 sensor offers flexible placement options:

• Tabletop: Place it on a bedside table, desk, or any flat surface.
• Wall-mounted: Use the provided sticker to mount it on a wall or door.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Display Information

The sensor's LCD screen displays the following information:

• Current Time and Date
• WiFi Connection Status
• Battery Level
• Temperature (in °C or °F)
• Humidity (in %RH)

4.2. Switching Temperature Units (°C/°F)

To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F), briefly press the Reset Button on the top of the device. The display will update accordingly. For app synchronization, you may need to adjust the report cycle temporarily in the app settings.

4.3. App Remote Control and Data Logging

Use the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app to:

• View real-time temperature and humidity readings from anywhere.
• Access historical data graphs (daily, monthly, yearly).

• Device not connecting to Wi-Fi:

  • Restart your router and try pairing again.
  • Confirm your phone's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled during pairing.
• Inaccurate readings:

• Low battery reminder persists after replacement:
