Setup and Programming Instructions
This remote control uses a rolling code system and requires programming with your garage door opener's receiver. Ensure you have access to your receiver/opener before proceeding.
Step 1: Enter Switching Code Mode
- Press and hold buttons 2 and 3 (left and right buttons) on the remote control simultaneously.
- Continue holding for approximately 6 seconds until the indicator light on the remote remains steadily on.
- Release both buttons. The remote is now in switching code mode.

Step 2: Select Desired Code Type
While in switching code mode, press the button you wish to program according to the desired code type:
- For Merlin 2.0 (433.3MHz, 433.92MHz, 434.54MHz): Press the button 1 time.
- For 433.92MHz Liftmaster: Press the button 2 times.
- For 433.92MHz Billion Code: Press the button 3 times.

Step 3: Exit Switching Code Mode
- Press any other button on the remote control to exit the switching code mode.

Step 4: Learn with Receiver
- After completing the above steps, use the newly programmed remote control to learn with your corresponding garage door opener receiver. Refer to your garage door opener's manual for specific instructions on how to put it into learning mode.
