Your ONESPORT OT07 Electric Bike comes mostly assembled. Follow these steps for final assembly and initial setup:
- **Unpacking:** Carefully remove the bike and all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
- **Handlebar Installation:** Attach the handlebar to the stem, ensuring it is centered and tightened securely. Adjust the angle for comfortable riding.
- **Pedal Installation:** Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal tightens counter-clockwise, and the right pedal tightens clockwise. Apply a small amount of grease to the threads before installation.
- **Seat Post Installation:** Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the height for a comfortable riding position. Secure with the quick-release lever or bolt.
- **Fender and Rack Installation:** Attach the front and rear fenders, and the rear rack, using the provided hardware. Ensure they are securely fastened and do not interfere with wheel rotation.
- **Tire Inflation:** Inflate both tires to the recommended pressure indicated on the tire sidewall.
- **Brake Check:** Verify that both hydraulic disc brakes are functioning correctly. Squeeze the brake levers to ensure they engage firmly and release smoothly. Adjust if necessary.
- **Battery Charging:** Before your first ride, fully charge the 36V 10.4Ah lithium battery. The charging time is typically 6-8 hours. Connect the charger to the bike's charging port and then to a power outlet. The indicator light on the charger will change when fully charged.

- **Activating PAS:** Once the bike is powered on, you can select your desired assist level using the display controls.
- **Torque Sensor:** The torque sensor detects your pedaling effort and provides proportional assistance, making the ride feel natural and comfortable.
- **Assist Levels:** Choose from multiple assist levels (e.g., Eco, Tour, Sport, Turbo) to match your riding conditions and desired effort.
5.4 Gear Shifting
The e-bike is equipped with a SHIMANO 7-speed gear system.
- Use the shifter on the handlebar to change gears.
- Shift to lower gears for easier pedaling on inclines and higher gears for faster speeds on flat terrain.
- Always ease off the pedals slightly when shifting to ensure smooth transitions.
5.5 Braking
The OT07 features hydraulic disc brakes for reliable stopping power.

- Apply both front and rear brakes simultaneously for balanced and effective stopping.
- Avoid sudden, hard braking, especially at high speeds or on loose surfaces.
- Regularly check brake pads for wear and replace them when necessary.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Battery Care

Image: Diagram showing the integrated 36V 10.4Ah battery within the frame.
- Charge the battery regularly, even if not in use, to maintain its health.
- Avoid completely draining the battery before recharging.
- Store the battery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Do not expose the battery to water or moisture.
6.2 Tire Maintenance
- Check tire pressure before each ride and inflate to the recommended PSI.
- Inspect tires for wear, cuts, or punctures regularly.
- The e-bike uses 700*45C pneumatic tires.
6.3 Brake System
- Regularly check the hydraulic disc brakes for proper function and responsiveness.
- Inspect brake pads for wear and replace them when they are thin.
- Ensure brake levers are firm and do not feel spongy.
6.4 General Cleaning
- Clean the e-bike with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using high-pressure washers directly on electrical components.
- Lubricate the chain regularly to ensure smooth operation and prevent rust.
- Check all bolts and fasteners periodically and tighten if necessary.
7. Troubleshooting
Here are some common issues and their potential solutions:
- **E-bike does not power on:**
- Check if the battery is properly seated and charged.
- Ensure the power button on the display is pressed correctly.
- **Motor not providing assistance:**
- Verify the battery has sufficient charge.
- Check the pedal assist level on the display; increase it if it's too low.
- Ensure you are pedaling, as the torque sensor requires pedal input.
- **Brakes feel weak or spongy:**
- Inspect brake pads for wear and replace if needed.
- Check for air in the hydraulic lines (may require professional bleeding).
- Ensure brake calipers are properly aligned.
- **Unusual noises during riding:**
- Check for loose components, especially on the wheels, fenders, or rack.
- Inspect the chain for proper lubrication and tension.
- If the noise persists, consult a professional bike mechanic.
For complex issues, it is recommended to contact customer support or a certified e-bike technician.
