3. Setup Guide
3.1 App Download and Installation
To connect your smartwatch with your mobile phone, you first need to download and install the companion application. There are two primary methods:
- Scanning QR Code: For both iOS and Android users, scan the QR code displayed on the watch screen or found in the built-in manual using your mobile browser. This will direct you to an interface where you can select your operating system (Android/iOS) and download the app.
- App Store Search:
- Android: Search for the app in Google Play or other mobile app stores.
- iOS: Search for the app in the Apple App Store.
During installation, grant all necessary permissions by clicking 'Agree' when prompted.
3.2 Bluetooth Connection
- Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on in its settings.
- Open the downloaded smartwatch app.
- An enable notification prompt may appear; click 'OK'.
- Within the app, navigate to the device scanning section.
- Search for the Bluetooth name of your smartwatch and select it to connect.
- Note for Android users: You may need to enable your phone's GPS for the app to successfully search for Bluetooth devices.
Upon successful connection, the app will calibrate the watch and automatically synchronize the time.
3.3 Verifying Bluetooth Connection
To confirm a successful Bluetooth connection, pull down the status bar on your smartwatch. If the Bluetooth icon is displayed in color, the connection is active. If the icon is gray, the watch is not connected.
3.4 Setting Up Notifications
The watch's notification function mirrors the notifications received on your phone. To ensure you receive notifications on your watch:
- Go to your phone's 'Settings' > 'App Management'.
- Find the smartwatch's companion app and grant all necessary permissions.
- Navigate to 'Notification Management' within your phone's settings.
- Locate the smartwatch app and enable all notification permissions.
- Within the smartwatch app, go to 'More' > 'App Push'.
- Enable background running permission and select 'Unlimited'.
- Return to the main app settings and ensure 'self-startup' is enabled.
- Select the specific apps (e.g., QQ, WeChat) from which you wish to receive notifications and enable them.
Note: If you are using a desktop version of an app (e.g., WeChat) simultaneously, the mobile app may not send notifications to the watch. Some mobile phones may also require adding the app to a power-saving whitelist to prevent it from being closed when the battery is low.

6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Bluetooth Connection Issues
If you experience unstable Bluetooth connection or inability to connect:
- Restart and Reconnect: Try restarting both your smartwatch and your phone's Bluetooth, then attempt to reconnect.
- Factory Reset: If issues persist, consider restoring the watch to factory settings.
- Avoid Multiple Connections: Ensure your phone is not simultaneously connected to other Bluetooth devices.
- Bluetooth Protocol Differences: Due to variations in Bluetooth protocols among different phone brands, connection stability may vary.
6.2 Notifications Not Received
If you are not receiving notifications on your watch:
- Phone Notification Settings: The watch only synchronizes notifications that your phone receives. Ensure your phone is receiving notifications from the relevant apps (e.g., QQ, WeChat).
- App Permissions: Verify that the smartwatch app has all necessary notification permissions enabled in your phone's settings (refer to Section 3.4).
- Background Activity: Confirm that the smartwatch app is allowed to run in the background without restrictions (e.g., not affected by power-saving modes).
6.3 Watch Unable to Turn On
If your watch does not turn on:
- Charge the Battery: The battery may be too low. Connect the watch to its charger and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to turn it on.
- Power Button: Press and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds.

6.4 Inaccurate Measured Data
If health data (heart rate, blood oxygen, etc.) appears inaccurate:
- Sensor Contact: Ensure the watch sensor has good contact with your skin. Keep your body still and the watch close to your wrist during measurement.
- Wrist Placement: The sensor needs sufficient contact with the wrist.
- Enhanced Measurement: For individuals with darker skin or more arm hair, enable 'Enhanced Measurement' in the app (Device > Enhanced Measurement).
6.5 Inaccurate Sleep Data
For accurate sleep monitoring:
- Normal Wearing: The watch simulates a person's natural sleep state and requires normal wearing throughout the night.
- Consistent Use: Wearing the watch only when sleeping or starting too late may result in errors.
- Default Monitoring: The default sleep monitoring period is from 9:30 PM to 12:00 PM the next day; avoid monitoring sleep data during the day.
