4. Product Overview

The SERVO i16 PRO is a mini foldable phone with a 1.77-inch HD screen. Its compact design makes it highly portable.

5. Setup

5.1. SIM Card and Memory Card Installation

  1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
  2. Use the provided card pin to eject the tray.
  3. Place up to two Nano-SIM cards and one TF (memory) card into their respective slots on the tray. Ensure they are correctly oriented.
  4. Carefully reinsert the tray into the phone.

5.2. Charging the Battery

The phone comes with a 1000mAh non-detachable battery. Before first use, fully charge the phone using the provided USB Type-C cable and a compatible power adapter.

  1. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the phone.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a power adapter or a computer's USB port.
  3. The charging indicator on the screen will show the charging status.

5.3. Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power/End Call button until the screen lights up.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power/End Call button, then select 'Power Off' from the options on the screen.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Basic Functions

  • Making Calls: Enter the phone number using the keypad and press the Call button.
  • Answering Calls: Press the Call button when the phone rings.
  • Sending SMS: Navigate to the 'Messages' menu, compose your message, and send it to the desired contact.

6.2. Speed Dial

You can assign frequently called contacts to number keys 2-9 for quick dialing.

  1. Go to 'Settings' or 'Contacts' and find the 'Speed Dial' option.
  2. Select a number key (2-9) and assign a contact from your phonebook.
  3. To use, simply press and hold the assigned number key to dial the contact.

6.3. Blacklist

The blacklist feature allows you to block unwanted calls and text messages.

  1. Navigate to 'Settings' or 'Call Settings' and locate the 'Blacklist' option.
  2. Add phone numbers to the blacklist to prevent them from contacting you.

6.4. LED Flashlight

To quickly turn on the LED flashlight, long press the middle button on the keypad.

6.5. Music / Video Player

The phone supports playing music and videos stored on your memory card without requiring an internet connection.

  1. Ensure you have a TF card inserted with your media files.
  2. Navigate to the 'Music Player' or 'Video Player' application from the main menu.
  3. Browse and select your desired files for playback.

6.6. FM Radio

Listen to various music, news, entertainment, and interview programs anytime and anywhere.

  1. Plug in a 3.5mm wired headphone (not included) to act as an antenna.
  2. Navigate to the 'FM Radio' application from the main menu.
  3. Scan for available stations and select your preferred one.

9. Troubleshooting

  • Phone not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. If it's fully discharged, it may take a few minutes of charging before it can power on.
  • No network signal: Check if your SIM card is correctly inserted. Verify that your SIM card supports the phone's network frequency bands (2G GSM: B8/B5/B3/B2; 3G WCDMA: B5/B2/B1; 4G LTE FDD: B1/B2/B4/B5/B7/B8/B17/28AB). Try restarting the phone to re-read the SIM chip.
  • Cannot make/receive calls or SMS: Check network signal strength. Ensure the number is not on the blacklist.
  • Sound issues: Check volume settings. Ensure headphones are properly connected if using them.
