6.2. Cleaning
To clean your mouse, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the internal components, especially through the hollow design. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
7. Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding: Check the battery level on the digital screen. Recharge if necessary. Ensure the correct connection mode (2.4G, Bluetooth, or Wired) is selected via the switch on the underside. For 2.4G, ensure the USB receiver is properly plugged in. For Bluetooth, ensure it's paired correctly.
- Lag or intermittent connection: Ensure the mouse is within range of the receiver/Bluetooth device. Reduce interference from other wireless devices. For 2.4G, try plugging the receiver into a different USB port.
- DPI not changing: Ensure you are pressing the correct DPI adjustment button. Check the digital screen for DPI feedback.
- Buttons not working: Verify that the buttons are not disabled or remapped through the macro driver software.
