  • Disconnect the keyboard from your computer before cleaning.
  • Use a can of compressed air to blow out dust and debris from between the keycaps.
  • Wipe the keycaps and keyboard surface with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid excessive moisture.
  • For stubborn stains, a small amount of isopropyl alcohol on a cloth can be used.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the keycaps or finish.

  4. Installing Keycaps: Place the desired keycap onto the switch stem and press down gently until it is secure.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Keyboard not responding:
    • Ensure the USB cable is securely connected in wired mode.
    • For 2.4G wireless, check if the receiver is plugged in and the keyboard is powered on.
    • For Bluetooth, ensure the keyboard is paired and within range. Try re-pairing if necessary.
    • Check the keyboard's power switch and battery level (for wireless modes).
    • Try connecting the keyboard to a different USB port or computer to rule out port/computer issues.
  • Keys not registering or double-typing:
    • Clean around the affected key with compressed air.
    • If using the hot-plug feature, try removing and re-seating the switch for the problematic key.
    • Consider replacing the switch if the issue persists.
  • Backlighting not working:
    • Ensure the keyboard is powered on.
    • Check if backlighting is turned off or set to minimum brightness via FN key combinations.
    • If using wireless mode, low battery might affect lighting performance.
  • Wireless connection unstable:
    • Move the keyboard closer to the receiver/device.
    • Ensure there are no major obstructions or sources of interference (e.g., other wireless devices, large metal objects).
    • Try using a different USB port for the 2.4G receiver.
