Q: No video feed in the app.
A: Check if the camera is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi. Restart the camera and the app. Verify your internet connection.
Q: Two-way audio is not working.
A: Ensure your phone's microphone and speaker are enabled for the iCam365 app. Check the volume settings on both your phone and within the app. Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the camera's microphone or loudspeaker.
Q: TF card not recognized or recording.
A: Ensure the TF card is inserted correctly. Try formatting the TF card through the app. If the issue persists, try a different TF card (ensure it's a compatible class and size).
Q: Motion detection alerts are too frequent or not triggering.
A: Adjust the motion detection sensitivity in the app settings. Ensure the detection area is correctly configured to avoid false alarms from irrelevant movements (e.g., trees swaying).

8. User Tips

  • Optimal Wi-Fi Placement: For outdoor installations, consider a Wi-Fi extender if the camera is far from your router to ensure a stable connection.
  • Secure Your Account: Use a strong, unique password for your iCam365 account and enable any available two-factor authentication for enhanced security.
  • Regular Review of Footage: Periodically check recorded footage, especially after motion alerts, to understand patterns and ensure your settings are effective.
  • Privacy Zones: Utilize privacy zone features in the app (if available) to block out areas you do not wish to monitor, such as public pathways or neighbor's property.
  • Power Outage Preparedness: While the camera requires continuous power, consider connecting it to an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) if you experience frequent power outages and require continuous surveillance.
